Pretty simple really, I'm paying 0.5 credits for information, not the same information.

The tip should give you a new person each time you use it and if the person it already spat out to you is the same as the previous time, it says no new information available. 

....and doesn't charge you for that (lack of) information

In addition to this, if we're paying the half credit to find out Information... could it get tweaked to give us the best available Info?

If there's sixteen dead Durdens around each with 1 BG, and say... two dead 'real' players with 10 BGs, I think it would make more sense that their presence is more noted - as a group- and therefore feel we should be alerted to dead people with the most BGs nearby before those who only have 1.
