Vivian had flown back from New York and she was exhausted. Normally, she could sleep on the plane, but there was a severe storm, and a lot of turbulence, which she simply could not sleep through the jostling of the plane. She had just crawled into bed at her apartment in Summerlin, when her phone rang. She decided to ignore it. Ring … Ring… Ring… Ring… Ring… Ring. Silence. Ahh yes.. sleep.. She rolled over and closed her eyes. Ring… Ring… Ring…DAMN! She thought as she answered.

“Hello?”

“Vivian, It’s Vile . Angy wants you in her office within the hour.”

She opened her mouth to speak, as she heard the familiar click of the phone hanging up in her ear.

She sighed, rolled over and lit a cigarette, and called her driver.

An hour later, she walked into the Royal Assassins Headquarters and headed straight to Angy’s office.

She knocked lightly, and heard Angy tell her to come in. As she walked in, Angy sitting at her desk behind a stack of papers.

Angy looked up from her mountain of work and smiled widely. “Vivian… welcome back! I know it was a long trip, but, I really needed to speak to you.” Angy smiled at her. “I want to expand here in Summerlin and I think you are just the person to run another crew under me.”

Vivian was taken aback, she hadn’t expected this, especially considering her past. Vivian loved Angy, she had taken her in so very long ago, and gave her a family, something she had never known before. Sure, she had parents, but they had both died when she was a young child. It was a terrible car accident. She stayed with her grandmother for a long time, and when she passed away when Vivian was just 12, she ran away and lived on the streets. She had been a prostitute when she had met Angy. Angy took her away from that life, and taught her so much.

“Angy, thank you!! I won’t let you down. “

“I know you won’t and you’ll run your operations out of the hotel down on 3^rd street. I have a construction crew ready to follow your instructions to the letter.”

“Angy, this means the world to me.. thank you so very much for the faith you have placed in me, thank you for everything you have done… “

Angy tossed her the keys with a grin “ get your stuff packed and go.. before I change my mind!!”

As Vivian caught the keys midair, she smiled. She was excited to start a new chapter, her mind was going a thousand different directions, when it came to her, she would name the hotel. The Wilshire, Las Vegas.

Sirius was wandering through the streets of his beloved Summerlin when he notices a lot of buzz around Vivian_Ward, he heard someone saying earlier she was authed to start a new family and decided to give a word.

He got a cigar from his inner pocket and lighted it up, inhaling slowly the smoke and walking while looking around...

People were running across the street as if urgent errands had to be made at the speed of light.

"Hello Vivian, I heard wonderful news, a new family in the block. Congratulations my friend, i believe you'll be a great leader. If you ever need anything don't get shy to ask." he said.

he goes into the street with muscles rippling

NICE!! I approve of this sort of move, its a great one!!

Doing a thumbs up he walks away.

NICE!!

"Congratulations Vivian_Ward. I'm sure you will be a great leader, enjoy the rest of your day."

Chrollo gave his gratitude before walking off to other business.

Angy smiled affectionately after seeing the joy on Vivian_Ward's face. She looked like a child who on Christmas morning.

Embracing her, Angy said,

"I could not have given this opportunity to someone else, you deserve it. I have watched your growth in the organization, joining us as a poor child, you learned to survive and in fact thrive. I am eager to see what your future holds and will help you in any way I can. This will always be your home even though you now have your own place.

Seeing the emotion in Vivian's eyes, Angy decided to lighten the mood:

"I am curious to see how our favorite Greek cook Diogenis will handle his own kitchen and family defence at the same time."

Wishing good luck to them both, Angy left the meeting room and headed to her favorite restaurant.

Already for a few days Kharon had been hearing constructors working from 7 am till late at night in the hotel down on 3rd street.
Now since this was close to Kharon's secret appartment, he was annoyed because these constructors woke him up early in the morning. 

Kharon picked up the phone and called Angy. 

"Can you tell me what is happening in that old hotel on 3rd Street? It seems they are rebuilding and redecorating. Not fun to be woken up every morning at 7 am."

Angy answered

"It was supposed to be a secret and a surprise for Vivian_Ward. I am planning to ask her tonight if she wants to run her own family from that hotel. I am sorry if it disturbed you so much, but it is a great opportunity for Vivian to shine as a leader".

Kharon apologised to Angy and said he did not know, but now he knows, he wont be annoyed anymore.

That night before going to bed, Kharon entered the hotel and just saw Vivian placing the sign "The Wilshire".

Kharon waited till Vivian climbed down the stairs and walked towards her. 

"Looks beautiful Vivian, I wish you all the luck there is in this world and hopefully you can fulfill your dream of having your own family."

With these words he hugged her and walked towards his waiting car.

Mickey had been traveling all weekend and was exhausted from the trip. However, there was no way he was not going to make it to personally congratulate one of his closest friends. He made his way to the celebration and waited his turn to talk to Vivian.

Vivian, you know how great of a friend you have been to me.  I am so excited for you and proud to call you friend.  You will do great things, I'm sure of it!

Mickey kisses Vivian's hand, gives her a hug and a peck on the cheek before heading over to the bar to get a whiskey.
