ATM when you click preview jobs board in the crew jobs page, it shows you what the jobs board would look like if you did work.  The problem is that you may have done work for some of the crews on the board.  Thus potentially showing them lower than your job when in reality they may be higher.  Is there a way the job board could be show from the perspective of someone who done no jobs?
