While the blood was still running through the streets of Philadelphia Godfather Borkers had chosen his headquarters in NY as the location to approach the masses and explain the days events.

Today you've seen the crime syndicate in Philadelphia fall.

I'll be brutally honest with you about the reasoning for this, and the truth is, I wanted a change of regimes, and hand the city over to @Mattsr to run. I don't have anything bad to say about the former regime in Philadelphia, nor do I have much good to say about it.

Fact of the matter is I've not really taken much interest in it. I may be at fault for this, as I'll admit they have actually reached out to me once with a request to get better acquainted. I didn't follow up, as I chose to prioritize other business.

Regardless, today I've decided it's better business for me, to let Mattsr run Philadelphia and you may consider this his formal introduction.

So rest in piece to the fallen in Philadelphia, and congratulations to Mattsr. I know you'll do me proud.

The Godfather turns around and shakes Mattsr's hand, before turning back to the masses.

This brings me to what I really wanted to address today. The implementation of a new standard for city organization in the East coast cities.

Personally I've been pondering alot about wether or not this place would be better off if there was a more apparent chain of command in each city, and if it wouldn't be better if we spread our population out in a bigger degree than what we do today.

This has lead me to the following:

Philadelphia shall only have one, -1- Godfather. The Godfather will be responsible for the city as a whole. The Godfather will be allowed to set up one, -1-, Captain in each city district.

The Captains will not be allowed to take on a rank higher than Don, and will limit their HQ's to a maximum of thirty, -30-, members. Each Captain will be allowed to set up two, -2-, Lieutenants.

The Lieutenants will have the same rank restrictions as the captains, but will limit their HQ's to a maximum of twenty, -20-, members.

Obviously New York shall be operated under the same standards.

Upon Mattsr's move to Philadelphia, @Pseudonym will move his operations to Bronx and become my Captain. @TheNihilist will be my Captain in Brooklyn, while @Forest will be stepping up as mymCaptain in Manhattan.

It'll be interesting to see the new system as it gets implemented. I for one have greats hopes for it.

Borkers turns around and gives a few messages to @Soulboy and TheNihilist before entering his headquarters.

An embarrassed Borkers comes running out of his HQ again.

You'll have to forgive me. Navigation or geography have never been my strong suit. But obviously it's the east coast that's reorganising..

Rest in peace Philadelphia, you deserved so much better than you got in this situation.

As the gun smoke settled around Philly Alex listened to Godfather Borkers speak. 

"It has been a bloody day in this thing of ours and I find myself once again standing in a city in ruins. My condolences to the friends and family of the lost, may they rest in peace."

Alex then looked over at the odd man with the barrel of manure, "To the victor goes the spoils young man, that is the way of things. Best of luck to the new crews as they set up in their new homes."

Soulboy listens intently to Godfather Borkers speech nodding in agreement and waits until he finishes speaking.

Rest in peace to those Philly that fell but a good job well done, and good to see Mattsr taking over in Philly. I am sure he will do an amazing job, and to the new crews. Look forward to seeing this new system of managing the East Coast *winks at Borkers* implemented and how it will work over the coming weeks and months.

This is a sad day and a bright day, all at the same time. I would like to wish my congratulations to my lovely crew leader, Pseudonym, for the impending relocation to the Bronx! Secondly, I want to say congratulations to the others on the moves they're doing. Then last but not least... Rest in peace to those that fell today. There was a lot of action, and sadness, and I wish the best to the kin of the fallen, if they choose this way of life..

Gavin listens to the new structure of things, and is a little confused by how its set out. But in the end does not care he did not come out to listen to Borkers speech to learn every aspect of how the system would work, so much as he came out to meet the man himself and pay respects to a fallen city. using his cane he picks his way through the crowd to the front, sweeping into a low bow before coming up and smiling at Godfather Borkers.

"Good day, i'm Gavin Guile and i run the circus in Detroit. I introduce myself because i do not believe that we have had the pleasure of actually meeting. being sequestered in Detroit we only get news of what happens in the outside world, from out hearing it was a quick and decisive victory for that i congratulate you on a well organized machine of a city you have here. I do hope to keep an open line of communication, though i hope i do better at it than the former Philly may their souls rest in peace"

Gavin takes the slight moment of pause and confusion to shake the slightly shocked Borkers hand, with a tip of his hat he makes his way back through the crowd.

Rest in peace to all the fallen. I won't speak too much on that subject but I must say I am very interested to see this new system. We have seen many systems come and go but this system reminds me of an old time.

A time where there wasn't many godfathers opportunities and I believe the chain of command seemed to hold more weight back in those days.  I believe this system is different but a good different in the sense since we've been given so may godfather opportunities and this would limit that even while still technically having the option. Im interested to see if this system can spread and bring back some of the feelings my ancestors use to feel in regards of chain of command.

Pseudonym listens to GodFather Borkers speech as they had just returned from flying around the country. Smoke still covered the streets as everyone settled in to listen to the GF. As the GF of NY implemented his new system of hierarchy, Pseudo made his way to the front at the end of the speech. 

I thank you for this promotion GodFather. Wasn't long ago, when I was recruited to come here to Brooklyn to join the syndicate in New York. Pseudonym thinks about the meetings in Tsu's Chick Inn. Ah memories of Tsu getting me drunk and into all sorts of trouble. Since then however, we've seen many a changes to the city of New York. I for one did not think I'd get this far. All I wanted to do was drink with Tsu while getting into trouble with some fine Irish ladies…alas duty called and I was entrusted with this HQ in Brooklyn. And now you have bestowed even more responsibility upon my shoulders as I make my way to the Bronx. For your ever constant guidance GF, I thank you. For your entrustment to fulfill the mob goals in NY, I thank you! Always wanted to make BK proud. Hope I have walked that line well for you sir! And will continue to do my part to make the mob proud in New York and across the rest of the country. Again Thank you for this honor GodFather. 

Pseudonym then walks over to Mattsr and hands him a bottle of some fine wine. Im told you are a connoisseur of good taste sir. In my time here in New York, you have been nothing but a beacon of light for us here in NY. It will be sad to see you leave us as you make your way to the fine city of Philadelphia. But no man has earned this honor more. I have no doubts that you will make Philly prosperous. And I look forward to cracking some brews and having some cheesesteaks down in Philly with you. Congratulations on your promotion to GodFather Mattsr. Well deserved good sir! 

Next Pseudonym makes his way to Forest, who was sharing some giggles with I_32_I. He takes out his cigar box and offers it to the two gentlemen that had just been given keys to their brand spanking new HQ's. Now how in the world did you guys go from getting drunk on 42nd street and chasing girls to being HQ owners?!?! Pseudo laughs as he gives them both a hug. You boys have done spectacular so far for us in New York. It is with great pride that I see the opening of these new HQ's in Manhattan. Manhattan has long been the core of mob earnings in New York. I have no doubt that you guys will do whats necessary to keep them earnings coming and growing as New York moves into the future. He then takes a second and look at Forest. So Captain eh? He smiles as he offers Forest a light to light his cigar. Be careful now, forests and fire don't go together. Find some nice shade and always carry a little rain about with ya! Takes out his whiskey flask from his pocket and hands it to Forest. For the rain my brotha! He laughs & gives Forest a hug as he congratulates him on being named Captain in Manhattan. 

Last but not least, Pseudo walks over to the senior CL in Brooklyn. Its funny how this life has gone for us in New York. You were getting into trouble with Faceman and I was doing that with Tsu. Now the men that taught us how to live life to the fullest have moved on…and we stand in their shoes somewhat. Its been an up and down ride man. But no matter what, we made it out…shitty or not. Smooth or otherwise. Its been a pleasure working by your side so far. As he looks at TheNihilist and gives him a big hug. Im only a small train ride away my friend. Grats on being named Captain in Brooklyn. I look forward to working with you as we move forward into the future. 

Pseudonym then turns around and goes on to meet and greet the rest of the folks in attendance for the speech.

Kamikaze has always thought New York was a great city, Ancestors has served New York too many time in the past. Seeing what is happening now peace, and the control. Sigh of relief... The city is in good hands and has grown so much since its last rebuild.

Kaze was glad things were growing even more now and moving its way out to better things. Honestly he has seen this type of idea in the past and from the experience in the past this sort of idea was good under control so only good things can come from this.

Kaze removed his hat and took a pause, Mattsr he a good man. I know he will serve Philly well and rebuild it to something great.

Congrats Mattsr to your new city! Smiles before he placed his hat back on and disappeared into the crowd.

Sirius listens to godfather Borkers and nods, he understands that these moves have to happen from time to time so other families can rebuild in the fallen city.

"It was very sad for us all to see these families fall, but as happen every year, after the fall and winter i hope the new families in Philly grow and bloom like it's spring already."

He then lits a cigar and leaves throught the crowd leaving only a trail of smoke.

Cato's toga nearly trips him as he stumbles off the curb and into the Streets. He was in that blissful moment of clarity between sobriety and hangover that he was able to stammer together a few comprehensible words. His Godfather had ordered the attacks on both Manhattan and Philly, clearing the way for a new parking garage new way of running a city, and Cato was all for it.

This is how things get done. A Godfather tells his men he has a vision for how his city (and its sister city) ought to be run, and they clear the way to make it real. While I may briefly mourn those who have died, this new system inspires a sense of tradition in how Our Thing ought to be run. It is a noble pursuit, to issue a "revival" of sorts of the old way, and one that I admire.

In that moment, the hangover began. His moment of clarity gone, he quickly stumbled back to the HQ to avoid having his reputation tarnished as the moral censor of the city.

While I can't help myself to think carma has a mysterious way to work, I must say I'm sorry to see Godfather Borkers and his west east coast empire fall. 

Not so much because he was a great leader or something, but mainly because this idea of his, about enforcing limitations on godfathers per city, and implementing a way to help spread the population around our citys.

I can't help but to mention that the idea itself is terrible. From a self-centred perspective. Limiting crew size and not maximise number of godfathers in your city isn't smart. Not from an economic point of view, (due to taxes,) or when it comes to city strength.

From a less self-centred perspective the idea is pretty kick-ass though. I hope that with all the empty city's the current regime finds the timing right to spread out, and implement this as a world wide system.

And when I say hope, I do mean command. I am a prince after all.
