TheNihilist had just finished up a quick meeting with his brain trust, and was now in his office contemplating the subjects they discussed. A few days prior Godfather Borkers had approached TheNihilist about the Captaincy and Underboss role in Brooklyn. After graciously accepting the offer, the subject of lieutenants came up and the Godfather allowed TheNihilist to choose his own lieutenants. 

It was a very difficult process for TheNihilist, as he had so many great people around him. He was able to cut it down to three people, but from there he was unable to make a decision on his own. After a short conference with AmyPond, the brain trust meeting was called and the subject brought forth to those he trusted most. 

In the end, the decision was still not easy, but one was made eventually. Cato and Shelby would be his designated lieutenants in Brooklyn, and would be taking members of the family with them to get the LFO HQ under the 30 member limit. It broke TheNihilist's heart to have to split up his amazing family, but all things must come to an end, and he was happy to see some of his best people get opportunities for more prominent roles in New York.

TheNihilist began drafting a telegram to the underworld community presenting the two men to the criminal  world. 

Cato and Shelby will both be setting up in Brooklyn as my lieutenants with the full approval and authorization of myself and godfather Borkers. Please recognize that they are not rogues and there is no need to panic.

I would like to congratulate both men on their new positions, thank them for their hard work and dedication, and wish them the best of luck on their new adventure.

He sent the telegram on it's way and made his way out into the city to meet his men for a celebratory drink.

Shelby reads the telegram sent by TheNihilist and begins to address the world through his own telegram..

Good day to you all, I would just like to start by thanking Godfather Borkers and Captain TheNihilist for their confidence in myself to be able to run my own crew. I am gutted to leave such a great family behind, I will miss every single one of you and I want to thank you for helping me get to where I am today. I will be taking Jamala as my Right Hand Woman and I will be taking Zlatan as my Left Hand Man. I have absolute confidence that as a unit, we will do everyone proud.

I would also like to take this moment to congratulate Cato on being able to start his own crew as well, he fully deserves this and I look forward to being a fellow Lieutenant with him in Borklyn.

The telegram is collected by his personal secretary and taken away to be broadcast. Shelby lights up a cigarette, sits back in his chair and takes a deep breath as he prepares to meet his friends to celebrate this day.
