She had decided it was time to expand her business ventures in Paradise and had finally decided upon who would set up shop down the road from her. She called Daria to her office and had a brief discussion about accounting and celebrations and decided it was time. It was the perfect time. She called Baba_Yaga to her office and asked him to have a seat. Daria and a few of her most trusted security team members behind him. 

Baba, my Baba Yaga, I have called upon you today to ask a favour of you. It's time to expand the business a bit. You are a very experienced gentleman, especially after your time with Moe Lester, rest his soul. I'd like to give you a chance to show me what you're worth here in Paradise with your own operation. 

She holds out a set of keys and a deed to a roomy, but very run down, mansion a few blocks from The Agency  on Elm Drive and smiles. Baba Yaga looks up at her a bit shocked, a bit overjoyed, and a bit overwhelmed all at once and reaches out for the keys confidently.

I have the utmost trust in you, as much as I had in Moe Lester, I know you'll do The Agency proud. I do have one gift for you. Not long ago I asked you what you would name your family should you ever be given the nod to set up your own show. You told me "The Administration". 

She motions to Daria to pull a purple satin sheet off of an easel standing behind her desk to reveal a plaque reading

I know you'll keep us all safe in Paradise. I have the utmost trust in you. This is one of the proudest moments of my life.

She winks at Baba Yaga and watches him leave with a smile on her face.

Tom was wandering towards the soap box, headed from a notorious liquor store he had stopped at. Deep in thought on his next heist as he took puffs from a hand rolled cigarette. Tom extended the bottle of aged Irish whiskey he had picked up towards Baba Yaga giving Lillith a nod.

Congratulations Mr. Yaga, I only got to spend so much time with ya seein as I'm new round these parts. But I reckon we'll have a blast workin' together here in the future. Now that stuff there was imported from the Paddy land, got me one on the side as well. It's fine stuff if I do say so myself, sir.
