Hades Arrival Started by: Hades on May 10, '17 18:47

Hades was sick and tired of his brothers. Zeus was busy partying and drinking in the skies, Poseidon was busy playing with the angelic mermaids and Hades was left to the underworld. To control and patrol the dead souls. He was busy practicing his sword strikes when a mist of water particles began to slip through the cracks in the ceiling eventually taking form and shape of a huge man. Hades ignored what was going on around him and lunged at his opponent and swung his mighty sword stopping just inches from the fully formed man's throat.

"What do you want.. Poseidon? You know your not welcome here"

" I can see.. Put that sword down I have some urgent matters I'd like to discuss with you"

Hades stared in his brothers eyes not budging for a second. He then slowly began to drop his sword. He walked over to his Throne picking up a glass of already poured red wine and gestured for his brother to sit down.

"So. What is it? What is that made you leave your underwater paradise to visit me in this wretched place?"

He asked as he looked around his earthly home. The walls were made from asolid material not yet discovered by man, however the floors were made from finest marble lined with Gold Dust to glittering whatever light particles had the chance to bounce off them. However, the life of luxury ended there. Outside Hades' chambers was nothing but pain. You could hear the sounds of  people screaming and howling of pain and of sorrow. The hallways were dark and when there wasnt screaming you could hear the devilish dogs which were the size of Lions and beared the teeth of the pre-extinct Sabretooth Tigers. Hades' personal guard dogs. They patrol the underworld along with other tamed beasts. That those with beating hearts would die in fear from a single glance of these hellish creatures. However, Zeus and Poseidon had insisted in keeping them in the underworld and not bring them up to Earth.

"I need your help and your the only one that can. Recently there has been a sudden increase of dead bodies floating in my waters. They all bear the same marks. Holes in their bodies caused by a force unknown to me with a heavy material fused with their legs to ensure they sink. I need you to go up to Earth and find out what's causing this"

Hades laughed at his brothers puny request.

"And why should I go up there and not you my dear brother Poseidon"

"Because I am not as cunning and as deceiving as you are. You can go to Earth, fit in as a human and if you can stop this madness"

Hades sniffed at his brothers compliment. Well he took it that way to the least. He took a moment to think about this and decided he needed to spice things up in his life. It was getting boring down here and he needed an excuse to go 'upstairs' and this was his chance.

"We'll discuss what I get from assisting you but for the time being I will prepare for my journey. You can leave now Poseidon"

And within a moment Poseidon turned to a puddle of water and a sudden mist began to form and he was gone.

A few days later Hades had landed on the shores wearing his robe around his body and his large frame had already garnered attention and eyes. People began to move away from him as he was carrying his sword on his waist. He looked around and no one was dressed the same. In order for this to work he needed to fit in. He saw a strange contraption which had four wheels like the carriages used for his Horse but instead of a carriage housed a a box made of metal. There was writing on the side of this contraption but he could see the back doors were open. A long metal rack was inside hanging a what looked like clothing that resembled what the men of this earth were wearing. They were far too small but it was better than what he already had.

"Can I help ther-"

Hades had immediately turned around unholstering his sword from his sheath and bringing arms to the man's beard.

"SPEAK!" Hades roared. The ground began to shake and cracks formed on the windows of this contraption. The man had almost jumped out of his skin and the blood which gave life to his face had faded away leaving a ghostly pale head.

"Je-Je-Jeeeeezus. I only wanted to say hello and if if if I could help you. Oh god please don't kill me, please don't.  I have a wife and two beautiful children. Please just d-don't kill me"

Hades almost felt sorry for this puny earthling. He could almost crush this mans skull by accident if he wanted to with his thumb. He decided to get more information out of him.

"Relax, I didnt come from the underworld to kill you. I need your help. How you decide to help me will judge your fate. First, I will take that white cloth and black cotton trousers. And secondly what is this.. machine" Pointing at the wheels.

The moment Hades mentioned the word underworld the man had passed out. He noticed a wet pouch in between the man's legs and Hades' laughed. 'Puny Earthlings'. It was then that Hades grimaced in a short pain. An electric bolt had come down from the Sky and zapped Hades right where the Sun didn't Shine. Hades looked up and in an undecipherable language of the God's he cursed back to the effect of 'Go fuck yourself Zeus' Another bolt had hit him right in the forehead and he could hear the Thunder roaring. Zeus' laugh. Hades began to put on the shirt which ripped before he even placedo his forearm in the sleeve when a voice shouted from a distance. A tall man with his hair slicked back was leaning against the wall folding his arms.

Hades.. was beginning to have enough of humans, with his scrunched up he began to slowly walk over to this man, his sword being dragged through the concrete floor, sparks large enough to create a forest fire leaving a trail of darkness..

Jin had felt a pull. Something was aggravating the mark on his left shoulder. The mark that only 3 people had known about in this world. One was presumed dead, the other 2 wanted him dead. It was a mark that he considered a curse, but because of it, he was astute aware that something had reached the plains of this world that didn't belong.

Jin followed this pull from the mark, and found himself around an area where a beach was located. He found himself looking at something that certainly looked almost human but not quite. 'A deity' he thought to himself as he quickly began putting the pieces together of what was going on.

He watched as this larger than normal sized "thing" walked up on a man in his car who was curious, and promptly pull it's sword on the man. The man was terrified, and the deity spoke in a loud voice that slightly shook the surrounding area. Jin shook his head as this thing was out of it's element and didn't have a clue.

He walked closer, not trying to sneak up on him at all. He highly doubted that he could sneak up on a deity even if he had learned how to properly conceal himself. Once he got close enough to be where he could hear the interaction, but still remain out of the deity's sight, he heard him demand the man give him his clothes and the vehicle he had.

Jin didn't understand why the deity would want human clothing and a vehicle. It made no sense when he was sure there were other more efficient ways for the thing to get around. As he thought this he leaned back against the wall and folded his arms. He also seemed to give a slight snort. Jin had a hood covering his head so that the deity wouldn't see his face right away. He could feel the deity's eyes on him and the annoyance radiating of this thing's skin. He also heard his steps getting closer and the dragging of it's sword.

Jin was never much for banter. He could imagine his grandfather would probably be amazed at seeing this deity and ask it a bunch of question before bragging about how many ways he could defeat it, right to it's face. This was lost on Jin, and he only had one thing to say to the thing standing in front of him.

"You shouldn't have come here...." He said in an even monotone voice, in his native tongue.

He lifted his head and pulled the hood back that was covering his face, and shot the deity in front the hardest glare he could muster as he finished by calling it the only thing that he saw it as, "Devil."

Hades felt a powerful aura being released from this man. He questioned his species and wondered if he was another Deity. All these thoughts and questions were racing through his mind. When all of a sudden the man removed the fabric covering his eyes. The removal of the hood allowed Hades to grab half a second worth of a glance at a tattoo etched on the the man's shoulder. It was only part of the tattoo but enough to halt Hades in his tracks. This was no ordinary man.

It was only a few hundred years ago when Hades'  had visited the upper level of Earth in order to take back a soul who had escaped. In order to transport himself between the different levels Hades needs to sacrifice some of his blood which carries his devilish form. There were rumours in the underworld that the humans had meddled with his blood and implanted it in one of their own granting the wielder with his powers. Oh, how Zeus had given him shit for it. The man who was infront of him carried his blood. He heard the man utter something in a language unknown to him. However, his body language followed by that look was enough.

Hades back molars began to grind, an eery sound enough to make anothers hair stand up. He was so angry he wanted to tear this human apart. His breathing getting heavier and heavier as he looked at the man as his eyes began to go red with rage.

"YOU DARE CHALLENGE ME?"

Hades bellowed. Within a split second Hades covered a distance of half a football pitch before ones eye could blink. The man was dangling by throat as Hades was holding him up high. He began to.. squeeze.. and squeeze just before he could feel him crush his throat.

"You have no idea.... who I am have you?"

Hades dropped the man and stepped away. He looked up and the clouds that had began forming began to fade away. Although stories have been released out there between the relationship of his brothers. He needed to be on their good side.  If he was to take them out. As much as he loved them dearly.

"I'm not here to fight you. But please don't try anything silly. I haven't been here for five minutes already and you imbecile humans are really getting on my nerves. I promised my brothers I'd do them this favor. I didn't promise them I wouldn't kill some of you"

Hades looked up and blackbirds were flying overhead in murmuration form. Signalling the arrival of their master. Hades sniggered and looked down at the man who was slowly standing up, hands on his neck attempting to cough to clear his throat.

"I need to find my way around here and find out those that put those in the water with concrete on their feet. Holes in their chest and in their heads  caused by a force that has baffled my brother. Do you know of such people and of weapons? If you help me on this journey. I'll make it worth your while. And if you don't..."

Hades began to laugh. A laugh that could be heard with those within a 100 mile radius. He grabbed his sword and tapped it against the ground. Causing the earth to shake and creating a meteor sized hole on the ground emphasizing his point.

"How d'you humans say it. Ahhh yes" Hades leaned towards the man towering over him.

"Do not fuck with me"

An evil smile forming on his face. Although Hades was extremely handsome, the sheer sinister aura that he carried made him one of the most despicable beings in our realm.

Jin kept his glare in place as the man stopped and caught a glimpse of his left shoulder. He cursed himself for leaving the hoodie he was wearing, unzipped at the top. What good was wearing the damn thing if he didn't close it up all the way to properly conceal things he felt others shouldn't see. He'd think more on that later.

He was perfectly content to stare the man down for the moment, until the being in front of him yelled at him in English. So maybe these deity's couldn't speak all languages, only understand them? The one he fought before didn't speak at all, only grunted and yelled things that no one could understand, or so he thought. Dammit! He kept getting distracted. Hanging with his Grandfather had made him a bit arrogant. Not in an outwardly bragging sort of way like his blood relative that he hated, but in a "comfortable enough to let his mind wander in dangerous situations" sort of way.

It was while he was distracted by these thoughts, that the deity in front of him closed the distance between them, and Jin suddenly found himself hanging in the air and it became a lot harder to breathe. This thing was choking him. He mentally cursed himself at allowing himself to be put in such a position. His grandfather would ridicule him if he were... No! He would not drift off in his thoughts again.

He planned ways for himself to get out of this choke hold, and could only think of one. He hated to resort to this but it was no good. He'd have to take his chances.

And as he resolved himself to use his dreaded ace up his sleeve, he was released. He found himself much more upset now that air was getting to his brain and he could fully process all that just happened. He was much more angry then he thought he was. And that was no good. Anger didn't mix well with him. It was the main reason why he worked so hard to keep his emotions in check. And by that he meant eliminate them.

Now that anger was taking over and he couldn't stop it. Damn, this was going to be very unpleasant.

Earlier he had let his killing intent leak out to this being. It may have caused a slight blue aura to be released around him, but it could've looked like trick of the eyes. This time there was no mistake. A potent blue aura was surrounding Jin, as more tattoos became visible on his chest and his arms. Tattoos that weren't there a minute ago. If you looked closely enough you could see a few sparks of electricity around him too. And all reason had left his eyes. With that, he rushed the man in an almost blind rage.

He wasn't as quick to close the distance as the deity in front of him had, but he was damn near close to it. The human equivalent you might say. Jin rushed in and barraged the deity with punches and kicks, some that were parried and others that were dodged. The few that did land were glancing blows and this just served to make Jin even more angry as he couldn't land a blow flush.

If the man was talking, Jin wasn't hearing it at all. He wasn't quite at the point where all he wanted was to see this thing dead, but he was certainly at the point where he wanted to hurt this thing pretty damn bad.

After Jin had to leap back to dodge a swinging strike from the underworld God's sword, he had a moment in that separation to think, well as much as he could in this almost blind rage state, and decided that his slower more precise forms of Karate and traditional martial arts, weren't fast enough to land any damage. He hated his next idea as much as he hated using the power that he was using. But he REALLY hated the idea of losing to an evil being. Especially since it was a being just like this that took his.... No, better steer clear from those thoughts less he lose all control.

He needed faster striking with more power, and he'd have to sacrifice precision and technique. He'd also have to sacrifice a promise he made to himself. To never use THAT man's fighting style and techniques again. So this is what pride was like. Damn his genes. But he wasn't about to lose here so he didn't leave himself much of an option.

He took a second to collect himself and changed his fighting stance to another. As he did this, the electricity in the aura around him briefly intensified before disappearing completely. Once it did Jin rushed back in to face the deity, much faster than he was before.

A simple chance in positioning and stance had increased the strength in the punches and kicks this man was firing. Hades realised this man might actually be more of a problem than he suspected. He jumped back and extended his sword out with the tip MMs from the man's face.  Restraining himself from revealing his true powers and killing this man. Clutching his sides he took a deep breath and spoke in a language that he might understand.

"Your a mighty fine warrior and I have no quarrel with you. You have shown your strength and power and have proven that it's possible to live in this realm with minimum suspicion. I need your help and in return i'll give you more strength and power than that black heart of yours can handle"

Hades spun his sword with such simplicity and beauty, interchanging with hands at lightning speed,  showing off eons worth of experience and technique and then gently yet slowly placing the sword back into its sheath hanging by his hip.

"We can begin by introducing ourselves. My name is Hades. God of the underworld and the earthly materials placed herein. Brother of Zeus god of the skies and heavens and brother of Poseidon, God of the seas. You can tell me your name and whether you agree to help me. If you choose not to. That's entirely your choice. Would be a waste to kill such talent, however"

Hades folded his arms, his biceps bulging and the veins barely being able to contain themselves. His chiselled chest was pumped out showing that his flurry of attacks had barely scratched him. A strategy of intimidation.
