why not make it so we can just type felony and it takes us to the felony page, petty for petty crime page, forums, obits etc. anyone reckon coders should do this? it will only take them 5 minutes

Where would you suggest people type these things? If we were able to type petty/felony/drugs to get us to those screens, an entire new section of the site would have to be coded, to put in a screen where we were able to do that. It wouldn't end up being a five minute code, it would end up being a project that we didn't need in the first place.

A petty is only every 3 minutes 20 seconds, a felony once every 12. You can click at least twice for those, considering it gives you time to refresh after every time you move your arm. It's not too complicated. :)

Plus, I think the site is a fan of those who work hard, not the lazy. :P

Not to mention you would have to click into a box to type it anyway...

Oz no you don't there are keyword codes and you type that and it takes you to a certain page i had it on my site but took it off because i kept accidently pressing the wrong things :( or we could make it easier and make it so you type fel or pet or something

And what happens when I'm writing out a street post and I accidently type the name Felicity (Just as an example) and it takes me straight to the felony page and I lose everything I had written? Or what if I like writing about a pet I have? I could go on and on, but this is a completely ridiculous idea and I don't wanna waste my time any more than I already have :/

Afro it doesn't do anything if you are typing in a textbox only if you are typing to nothing it works :)

its not really personal opinion though - clicking a mouse is factually easier than clicking a mouse, typing in a word then clicking a mouse again.

In my personal opinion we already have a site full of click monkeys why should we make it even easier to be lazy? The point of adding features is to improve the game not degrade it or lower its integrity. Making it easier for lazy people does not improve the game in any way. It just makes it easier to be a mindless little robot.

actually come to think of it it would proberbly make it easier for robots :(
