I will keep this brief as it's been a relatively long morning for our city. Los Angeles suffered a few big losses today and those that that fell for their city are - and will be - remembered fondly. Richard, George, Bliss and Chris all played a vital role here. They'll be sorely missed, of that there's no doubt.

Despite this, it's equally important that we restore things to normality and stability as quickly as possible. LA is prospering under the guidance of the Godfather, but it's not a job that will likely ever be complete. So, our focus remains on striving to better ourselves.

That said, we believe we're heading in the right direction and with that in mind, Leela has been given permission to run her own family in our fine city. She served George_Costanza, loyally, as his left-hand and close advisor. She has worked tirelessly and selflessly for the Godfather for a time now, doing all that was asked of her and more. She has earned this on merit, always doing what she can and always offering support, advice or a helping hand where it's needed. It's right that Leela should pick up where George left off and continue the good work he'd started.

I did not participate in the war due to me not bieng earner yet, but i would have if able to, comes with the family.
