After discussions with SpaceMountain, we have decided that Los Angeles would benefit by promoting another of its proudest sons to the role of Captain.

This man has served me superbly firstly in New York and latterly in our transition into LA. I have complete faith in his ability and he has been exemplary as my Consigliere for the past several months. I feel the time is right for this man to spread his wings and continue the fine work we've begun in LA since our move.

I am of course talking about Anselmo and he has officially been given the nod by our Godfather to branch out. His headquarters will be based within LA.

This has been a long time coming Anselmo, you've earned it.

Anselmo, we've known one another for along time now, and at this moment in time, I couldnt be happier. Congratulations to you my friend, you will make LA proud sir.

Anselmo, You're a fantastic guy and we have spoken many times. Its awesome to see you get this oppotunity and I am glad to see it. Congratulations on your HQ and I wish you all the best. Feel free to ask for anything should you need it from myself.

Mr. Anselmo, after that roasting you gave me in New Orleans I just can't bring myself to say anything too nice. However, I would like to congratulate you and Mr. Gwarble on the mutually beneficial resolution to LA's conundrum. I can see Mr. Gwarble in my minds eye, mulling over the decision at the mulling table. Flower in hand he repeats the mantra, "Authorize him, HQ him, authorize him, hq him..." Lucky he ran out of petals when he did my friend.

Seeing you in a bold suit is long overdue in my eyes, Anselmo, you've been an asset to our city in every way possible. Delighted for you, best of luck.

I must say this is a very pleasing decision. I met Anselmo when you guys still lived in New York and was impressed from word one. This man showed a tremendous amount of potential and I wondered from the first conversation I had with him, what he would be able to develop into given the chance to make a family of his own. Gwarble, Space, my friends I must say thanks for a great decision. I am excited to see what this man will do given such a platform on which to build.
