We are launching an event in South Philly.  This is fair warning  - Anyone who travels into South Philly will have their bodyguards attacked by an NPC crew with no trigger discipline.   When the event goes live, everyone will be moved out of South Philly into a safe area so that they wont get attacked.

*Being in South Philly makes you a target while you are there. If you have BGs, they WILL be shot at *

There is an upside.  There will be a few bad-ass NPC tough guys with a crapton of bodyguards with them.  In order for any of the NPCs to be shot, their bodyguards must be wittled down to a much smaller number, only after that do the bosses lose their pro.

This is the only information that is being given.  No questions will be answered.  Let the brave pave the way.
