Fixing his hair-do after his recent flight from Chicago, Mr. Hair walks through the streets of Philadelphia accompanied by two fine young gentlemen. Two out of the three districts were empty, one of them seemed to be haunted by some crazy gang, taking joy in attacking peoples bodyguards. How very annoying. Luckily, Mr. Hair was here to present the solution.

"Good evening, Philly"

"I have brought with me two young, ambitious mobsters who wish to end this anarchy. Both have done tremendous work for my city and I believe it is time to allow them to strive to further greatness."

Mr. Hair takes a step back, allowing people a better view of the two.

"This one here, to my right is Mr. Saitama. He has started out in my family and has shown nothing but hard work since day one. He has truly deserved this and will be taking over control of Old city district. Good luck my friend!"

"The other Capo to my left is Mr. Tonberry. He has been a great asset to Prati's part of the city and I am certain he will make an excellent addition to this city aswell. He will be taking control over Bella Vista. I also wish you all the best!"

Mr. Hair pats both future Godfathers on their backs thinking what it would feel like to be young again..

Tonberry looks up at the much taller MonsterHair, and smiles "Godfather MonsterHair, I wish to give you much thanks for this grand opporitunity, and  chance.  To My CarrotFather,  Thank you for allowing this to happen, and for me to go forth, and spread my err. wings?   and finally to Saitama let us build Philadelphia back up to where it belongs as one of the greatest cities in this thing of ours."

​​​​​​​Tonberry bows and waddles slowly away towards his new home in Bella Vista. 

Alex stepped forward through the crowd and extended his hand toward Tonberry and Saitama shaking each's hand in turn. 

"Congratulations and best of luck to both of you. I have not had the pleasure of working with you two closely, however, I wish you the best as you set up your new crews in the great city of Philly."
