Taking some time off from reading casino reports, dealing with the multitude of problems that Las Vegas brings and having a few games of BlackJack, Richard_Kuklinski, Richard_Roma, TheKing and RJFuller arrive on the streets.  Richard_Kuklinski gathers some guys together and starts to speak..

OK fellas, we're all busy so I'm going to keep this short and sweet.  Las Vegas has been a one man show for too long, my HQ is starting to fill up and it's time to let some of the considerable talent that I have in my family branch out.  So, with this in mind, I'd like to announce that one of my guys is setting up shop, here in Las Vegas.  His crew falls under my jusidiction and is a satellite of the Las Vegas Costello Faction.  Joining him is RJFuller, who some of you might think looks a lot like his dearly departed father.

TheKing has been a good, solid member of this thing of ours for some time and I hope you join me in wishing him all the best.

The group get back into Richard_Kuklinski's car and head back for Nevada...

But aside from that negative point, congratulations King I hope you continue to do well for Richard and make him proud. 

*chuckles* haha yeah I was struggling to hear as well - RK must have done so much bellowing recently that he's worn himself out!

On a more serious note congrats to you both - this is a great step forward for our fine city! I'll buy you both a drink next time I see you down at the casino!
