Walking out the doors of his new office on the strip TheKing starts to speak.

Ladies and Gentlemen, It is my great pleasure to announce that as off today the Kingdom of Sin will be opening its doors in Las Vegas. I wish to think RK for his guidance and for this once in a lifetime oppurtunity. Las Vegas is a city with endless oppurtunity and I look forward to helping this city grow. TheKing walks back into his hq doors and sets about getting things done.

The Joker walks down the road, when he sees TheKing giving a speech. Given his royal title, Joker decides he'd best stop by and listen.

"Not the longest speech in the world, but I have to say I admire that. I've always been a big fan of just getting to the point. Congratulations King, I'm sure you'll do your city proud. Especially with that Right-Hand of yours, I hear he's quite the gentleman."
