Disorder had watched the explosive events in Detroit. As spectacular as it all may have been it gave him pause for thought. Deciding something must be done he got together with his closest advisers and proceeded to evaluate the situation.

After two days if intensive alcohol and speed-ball consumption, they arrived at a conclusion. A drooling giggling, slightly vomity conclusion but a conclusion none the less. Disorder climbed out from under a mound of fur coats and inflatable toys. He looked around the plush beach house they had been using for their 'meeting'. LarryLongNeck had been a sensational hit with the ladies. His capacity to perform all kinds of crowd pleasing suggestive gymnastics had the room filled with women baying for his underpants. Camp was still sitting wide-eyed and bewildered in the bath he'd filled with 'magic punch' the night before. Romance was striding from room to room, stark naked and covered in oil with nothing but whimpering sounds of female satisfaction trailing behind him. All Disorder could see of DanGleeballs was the soles of his feet.

Yes, Disorder dearly loved the way his sharpest minds worked when it came to a think-tank session. Happy with the decisive progress they had made he stood in Camp's bath and had a quick shower. Trying to ignore the fact his legs and feet were sticky sweet from the punch, he got dressed and walked out of the beachfront property onto the sand. Seeing Tobias was the only one professional enough to have both eyes pointing in the same direction, he took his oldest member out for some company. They walked down to the water's edge and Disorder splashed some sea water on his face. As he stood, he looked down the boardwalk at the famous seafront. Venice was a glorious part of LA. This would be the perfect place.

The two men strolled along the beach to the pier where he'd arranged to make the announcement. People were gathering and the people that mattered were there. Disorder walked up onto the platform and addressed the mic.

"Hello everyone. Thank you all for coming. Today I'm very happy to announce that Los Angeles will see some new life pumped into a dormant district. This district. Venice will see two new crews move here. This section of beautiful seafront has had it's fair share of gang conflict in recent years and so I think it fitting that two crews forged by the most lawless of all gang warfare, be brought here to lay down the rule over local factions and instill some order to this place. 

The Detroit project has been a great success. The enormous popularity of it could not have been predicted. Rather than stagnate the city proved as explosive and volatile as any neutral could have hoped for. There has been excitement and conflict in abundance and no shortage of entertainment for the community as a whole. However with the emergence of Divina_Princeps and her associates, the landscape there has been altered to such an extent that she now dominates an almost empty city. Far from being unhappy about her display of decisive and ruthless action, I see it as an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone.

Detroit needs to be an open playing field once more and Divina has shown enough to suggest she may have serious potential as a leader. Because of this we have decided to move her Serenity family here to Venice beach to take over the district."

There was a round of applause. Disorder gestured for Divina to stand and acknowledge the crowd. When they had settled he went on.

"Along with her, Hades will also be moving his House of Styx operation from Detroit to be here with her. They are very closely associated and the integrity of this move would not be served by leaving him in Detroit. So it is that these two families will move to the beach and begin life as peace-time leaders. A different challenge from the one they have just faced but one they are both excited to take on. Please join me in congratulating them both on their move and wishing them every success."

There was a hearty round f applause and various hands of congratulation offered. Disorder started to make his way from the stage and then caught himself. Walking  back to the mic he made one final comment.

"One last ting... This move does mean that Detroit has gone from being absolutely full to capacity with nine families, all the way down to just one! The playing field is more or less reset. Anyone fancying a new challenge in an open arena, the doors are wide open!"

​​​​​​​He smiled at the crowd before descending from the stage to take the coffee that the ever reliable Tobias had managed to magic up for him. 

Divina_Princeps stood at the steps outside of the HQ for Godfather @Disorder and listened to the wise and powerful man give his speech to the masses, wearing her most favorite and easily the most expensive dressed she owned, she fidgeted trying to feel comfortable wearing something as tight fitting and not her normal choice of clothes. After the Godfather had finished his speech and announced to the country about his very kind offer to provide her with her own district in Los Angeles, hearing the wonderful things being said about her despite some of the horrible and terrible things she has had to do recently made her beam with delight. She looked over towards her Right Hand Man @Enigma to see him looking back at her, his wonderful smiling and piercing gaze went right through her telling her with his body posture just how proud he was of the achievements she had accomplished in such a short period of time. To his left stood @Hades, his posture on the other hand was not one of confidence and masculinity for Hades had already started the party slightly early compared to everyone else and was now currently having a hard time to just stand up nevermind straight, even through his drunken stupor, Divina swore she managed to see him look over for just an instant and flash her a cheeky wink. She turned around to find Godfather Disorder walking across over to her at the end of his speech, as he approached nearer to her she began to speak:

“On behalf of myself and Hades, I wanted to thank you very much for the amazing opportunity that you have graced us with and I hope that I can do everything possible to live up to your expectations, I’m happy to hear that my ‘escapades’ have not gone unnoticed for the wrong reasons and look forward to working with everyone including those already living in Los Angeles“

With that after some small pleasantries she took her leave and went to join her fellow family members and join in with the mayhem about to start involving the mass amount of alcohol being consumed.

Romance strode across the beach to where Divina_Princeps had made her announcement and tipped his hat to her.  He raised a glass of champagne.....

Dearest Divina.... your beauty knows no bounds....... I raise my glass to you... not only conquering the city of Detroit... but for conquering... my heart.  Congrats on your new territory.

Romance handed Divina a glass of champagne and took a drink from his own.... the moonlight reflected off her beautiful eyes as she gazed into his.....

Alex walked to the front of the crowd and up to Divina_Princeps and Hades. Shaking both of their hands he smiled. 

"Congratulations to both of you on your success in Detroit and welcome to Los Angeles. I hope that our families can work together to make this great city thrive."

Darkwing was going for a walk in sunny LA, trying to find a nice pond to take a swim in and cool off, when he heard Godfather-Chairman Disorder addressing a crowd of people near by. He stopped to hear what was going on. Turns out Divina_Princeps and Hades were moving to LA. He headed over to them to..

"Congratulations on your success in Detroit and good luck to both of you in LA!"

and with that Darkwing headed back down the street...

Having woken up in a rather fancy hotel, empty bottle of champagne on the floor he proceeded to get up and get dressed. He buttoned his half-open shirt and placed his blazer over his shoulders. As he was preparing to walk out the hotel room he walked past the mirror and noticed the outline of pink lips on his cheek and his neck. 'Hmm.. Had a good night then'. 

Lucius, his head of security, was already standing at the door and radioed for the other security to be on standby. He jumped into his car and proceeded to catch up with vito_maldonado and his beautiful left-hand jojostiletto. By the time he reached them, they were already standing outside the HQ, admiring the beauty that it carried with them. Having set up in Venice Beach, Hades could almost not wait to reach the beach. He was struggling to get used to his new human body but the ladies seemed to love him. Was it his devilish charm or do they just love a real baad boyyyy. Hades sniggered but snapped back to reality when he noticed jojostiletto laughing at him. 

"You okay there boss? What happened to you last night?"

"We all know what happens if he disappears.." Vito said with a smile on his face

"Look guys, I woke up this morning not knowing where I was and I didn't even give out the speech that I wanted. I was too busy chasing skirts.. goddammitt" Hades eyes began to steadily glow red, like a metal rod that's been left over a burning flame.. 

"Well, look. Godfather Disorder personally congratulated you in his speech and so did Miss Divina_Princeps. A few other people did as well.."

Jojostiletto was a one of a kind. And even though Hades hadn't known her for very long, the moment he first met her he knew he could trust her with his life. Her words were like a ton of gold bricks. Vito, was like a brother to him and he trusted his words and decisions like no other. Just then Alex_Turner came running in out of the blue. 

"What did I miss? Oh you've got something there on your shirt boss" Hades looked down to see if he missed something and looked up to Alex laughing.. 

"Haha, everytime" 

"I'll get you back another time.. but right now I want you guys to listen up I want to say a few words.."

Hades proceeded over to the bonnet of his car and stood on it gently, hoping that his devilish weight doesn't crush the car

"First and fire I mean fore-most. I would like to thank Godfather Disorder for this wonderful opportunity. When I first came to Detroit, I thought it would be a place to wind down, get out of the usual norms of running a crew in a normal city. And did I have fun? I sure did.. However, i've been given an opportunity to help make a difference in Los Angeles. A city with unfathomable opportunities. And i'm sure with the help of the lovely Divina_Princeps and her right hand Enigma along with my amazing crew that I can call family, we can make a difference and truly bring a breath of fresh air to LA. We thank Alexander_Solonik, for handing us the keys and giving us such a warm welcome and look forward to carrying his dream and vision that he saw fit for Los Angeles" 

Hades jumped off and landed on his two feet, his wing-tips poking out of his suit as a sign of a false alarm.
