its been 5 months now since i left chicago to start a new life in LA, im sorry i had to leave but i had no choice, you and pat nearly got me killed, dont trust that guy, i parked the car behind the butchers just like you said and he runs off and leavs me there, when i got out the car to see what the hell was going on i got caught in the crossfire of those irish drug smugglers and the police, i could have died right there but luckily they didnt notice me in the dumpster and it didnt get shot at, i seriously think pat is turning against us.

Now ill tell you what im doing now, im in a real family not like the little gang we had back at home and im making some real money this time, i know what REAL respec is now not the respect i got from our gang, back stabbing and stealing off of our own, if that happened here we would get shot im sorta glad im not apart of that petty gang anymore but when you decide to grow up and be a man i guess you could come over here and i might be able to get you a job.

i hope mum is doing ok after dad died, i wish i could have said goodbye properly.

hope you and irene are ok and hopefully when the heat dies down i might be able to come back and visit but unti then
