| GAME CHANGE: Reserving Names - Max Limit. | Started by: Squishy on Jun 16, '17 15:20 |

Starting July 1st, you will be allowed to reserve a max of 20 names. Anyone who is currently over this max will keep their existing names but will be unable to reserve new ones. Attempts to bypass this by having multiple reserves on multiple master accounts will result in the deletion of all names if the total is over 20. Cheers |

While this is a good thing names that have been used for years. That another player has never used. Plus everyone knows for a fact said person is associated with a name...these aren't just regular jim,Bob. Jane & marry...but should be mutually respected especially when some does it to annoy other users, and without a doubt the admins and other users can say that, that user has never identified as such should have the reservation undone. This is typical respected any many games I have played and for a game that is for superior I don't know why it hasn't been here since the induction of this. I see this has reserve to prevent newer unknowing people from using your names or someone impersonating you....not just because they can. |

We've had over 1.5 million names go through this game, if every single one wanted to keep the name, you end up with AlCapone37131, Disorder___3, and Pprraattii, names have to get recycled to avoid this. So we let the people pick what they feel is a keeper and what isn't so we don't end up looking like AOL screen names. We force feed you credits so that you can use all features of the game without any real life cost, most users decide that a name isn't important enough and decide to allocate the money elsewhere. We also override some users poor judgement and reserve the name for them at no cost when they hit 500 hours on an account knowing that, more than likely, they will want to use this name again in the future. But at the end of the day, users are the ones who choose if they want to keep a name, or let it out in the wild to be used by anyone. |

Will reserved names pre existing to this limit ever be purged to fit within the 20 name limit? |

This means that if you have existing names and are over 20... you keep your existing names. We will not delete any names that were paid for. They can, if they choose to, drop names.
(Even if you are over 20, if you put over 500 into an account, it will still auto reg it for you) |

The only thing that changes is if you have 20 or more, it stops you from getting a new one until you let go of an old one. |
