Don't look at the craigslist pal's hit  severe up :)

Craigslist is actually a very bad way of finding a home and many scam listings have been reported on there and honestly I do not know if you are serious or not but I would definitely avoid that. If anyone actually does have questions about homes or buying or what you need to do to be ready to buy just mail me, I will help out where I can.

Can't wait to own some, it's very good residual income.
