Disorder rubbed the sleep from his eyes. A series of short naps in the backs of cars travelling from this place to that, were never going to compensate for the accumulated loss of sleep. He looked at his watch as the car pulled up outside the prearranged meeting place. Not the normal plush hotel, this time a few of the leaders from Chicago and Las Vegas had elected to get together in a less obvious spot. He climbed out of the unassuming car and went inside unaccompanied. Sitting at the table were Godfathers and people of significant standing. Sitting on the table were various folders, photographs and documents. The group sat and discussed everything they had before them and their options going forward. After a couple of hours the decisions were made and the action was sanctioned. They all parted ways and set about what needed to be done. When the subsequent events had unfolded and the final shots were taken, the crews were put in charge of clean-up and the heads went back to their respective duties. Disorder climbed back into another car and caught another cat nap on the way downtown. Getting out of the car again he took a large swig of brandy from his hip flask and hoped the flood of warmth behind the eyes would wake him. He stood up before the gathered crowd. "Tonight we removed what remained of New York. It was the sensible decision and a culmination of not only yesterday's events but various other activities, involvement with rogue shots and numerous insidious problems emerging. The situation beneath the surface was becoming increasingly toxic and subject to wayward influence. All in all we're much better off without those sort of unseen blemishes developing." Taking another revitalizing swig from his flask he went on to address the most upsetting aspect of the events. "I must say I am personally very sad to have removed StripheGotti and his charming Right Hand, Giana. Both have been nothing but wonderful people in all the time I have known them and this was a hugely difficult decision for a few of us, in this otherwise obvious action. Larger wars often throw up one or two difficult calls and this one was hugely so. I would have loved to leave them in place but we couldn't. Firstly, no one would have blamed them for fighting back. And secondly, if they decided to remain out of it the coming days would see them come under enormous pressure to retaliate. These factors swung the decision for their unfortunate removal. Rest in peace to you both, you were upstanding individuals and very unfortunate casualties in this war. To the families of those who were truly innocent in this, and I know that number is not insignificant, I wish your fathers and mothers rest in real peace. They sadly died because idiots behind the scenes thought they could plot, scheme and attack us without discovery or consequence. They didn't care for the risk they put your parents in and your parents died because of their selfishness." Stepping back from his vantage point, the Godfather turned to his guards and walked back toward his waiting car. |

Wyatt stepped forward from the crowd after listening to what the Godfather had said, having found himself nodding along in agreement with the last of what the man had shared. Too often in their thing of our people made decisions while thinking only of themselves. No one truly wanted to admit their own fault or how they had played a part in what happened. "It's a shame really, when people think of their own selfish interests instead of those of the people who have worked hard for them. I don't know if the families of the fallen will accept what you are saying now, but maybe one day they will. Still I do have to ask, respectfully of course sir, if you acknowledge that there are a significant amount of innocent lives being lost, why is there still no protection order for the fallen families?" |

Well for me the two worst parts of the whole NY scenario was when I was told Disorder wasn't to be targeted by Emake as he travelled to target lilith and epically failed as was not what the group behind him wanted from the whatsapp club on 42nd; and the betrayal of Striphe leading to his demise; breaching a close friends confidence in attacking without talking so he could prepare for losses of his own or even be part of it. I knew at that point was just another group looking to use him to get their foot in power, for the next shift. I feel sorry for Striphe too, as he was warned this would happen as was better to go out shooting even with his relatively small gun of around 300 ish. |

The Whatsapp Club on 42nd Street? Proper little funky club. Has metal all over it and people in weird clothes. Never the less its there. I also do not see any salt in that reply really. Its just someone stating their view about the group in New York that led to its demise. Proving Disorder correct? We have to get away from this mentality of seeing an opinion as whining. We learn from experience and I found Lees response interesting as to what happened over the last 48 hours in New York. |

Indeed Gaston. It's almost like the person didn't even listen to what Lees said and simply regurgitated the expected reply about salt. |

I stood there listening in to everything that Godfather Disorder had been saying. It had intrigued me to say the least, but I was but a lowly Wise Guy. I had no place to approach the Godfather himself. I simply stood and nodded, watching his back without him even noticing. |

Outkast notices a gathering around an unfamiliar face, hearing words spoken about the happenings of the NY bloodshed. As he leaves his comfort of his light post and gets closer to the group, the unfamiliar face becomes recognizable and he pauses.. Shit..he mutters to himself. I should probably mosey back to my light post and just keep my thoughts to myself... Yet his feet take him farther seemingly on their own, as he finds himself standing in front of the Godfather - Chairman Disorder himself. Pardon, sir, for though I am but a no one with a button, I feel others may have the sentiment I am about to speak on, and perhaps may be afraid or just unwilling to do so. My blood has never been afraid to ask a question, nor has it ever been gunned down for doing so. You stated that the rest of NY had to be taken out because either they would be forced to retaliate by pressure, or the need to fight back. Retaliate for what reason? They were but bystanders in an action caused by another. Had they wanted to 'retaliate', would they have not joined in with the original rogues? Would they have not made an effort to preserve the lives of the original rogues? Woodpecker and Striphe did neither, as far as I am aware. If these two fellows were under such pressure to shoot, why would they not just do it in the midst of chaos, instead of waiting for the dust to settle and such action be seen from miles away? Now, admittedly, I have no idea if either of these two men tried to stop the rogue action, and if there was inaction, then I understand the need for their removal, threat or not. Forgive my boldness for speaking in such a way to a man of your stature, I am not questioning your actions, nor your reasoning behind them. My curiosity stems from these two seemingly innocent families being taken out, then two separate speeches on the same day about giving folks an opportunity to become the very thing you feared from NY themselves. With a respectful nod of the head, Outkast takes a few steps back, lights a smoke, and grabs a seat on nearby crate to continue listening to this conversation. |
