Ladies and Gentlemen, i'll keep this short and sweet as i know you're all very busy.

Today i have had a great honour bestowed upon me, one i have dreamed of for a long time. Today i become a Crewleader in Las Vegas. I've been working Closely with my boss Richard_Kuklinski and he has seen it fit for me to be authed. As of now i represent the LVCF on a wider scale. my new family will be called 'The BlackJacks'

We are here to help Mr.Kuklinski with the running of Las Vegas and look forward to working with all you other cities out there.

Now i must dash as i have some urgent business to attend to.

Robby walks out Rj's new HQ, his new position as RHM has stirred things up in his mind a little but, he loved reflection on his own thoughts once in a while, Rj was his new boss now, they will be working so closely together, as Johnny walked over to him, he shook RjFuller's hand

"Congrats RJ, I'm glad to see you like this, I know you'll bring Las Vegas to greater heights with your leadership."

Robby reflecting on his thoughts again, strength and faith and honesty, Robby walked back to the HQ to start on his latest adventure

Dicko steps out of his car and heads over to RjFuller to congratulate him.

Conratulations Mr. Fuller, I wish the best of luck to you and your new family...

He tips his hat then heads off

Al hears of the commotion in Las Vegas and wires a congradulatory statement to the BlackJacks: "Often power shifts in new directions, congradulations!"

Needing to rush to catch her plane, Angelique hesitated in front of RJ Fuller's HQ, then kept going.

"I'm late all ready after speaking with RK" she thought "RJ will know what I think of this"

Turning to her head bodyguard/jack of all trades, Igor, she has him write a reminder to send RJ a gift from New Orleans.

Reckless applaudes and congratulates the Mafioso. Handing him a complimentary cigar and shaking his hand.

Congratulations on the Auth, I hope to see your Family prosper and help out RK in shaping the city of Las Vegas.

Congratulaions sir, I hope the city of sin will prosper under your guidance sir.

Diablos listens from his car and claps happily

"Mr Fuller, We have exchanged talks and words with one and other in the coffee shops and we have grown to know each other pretty well. Your a fantastic person with a great goal in life. I wish you all the best in Las Vegas and I KNOW you will be a fab leader. Congratulations my friend you deserve it 110%!"

Diablos steps out his car and walks over to Rj and shakes his hand then whispers in his ear

"Just remember, take everyday like it is a new day".

Diablos pulls away from Rj and smiles at him then slowly heads towards his car

Steps off the airplane.. breathing in the fresh Las Vegas warm air as he looks around for the first casino he can see

Oh yeah I forgot that was why I actually came to Las Vegas...an old buddy of mine is going to be running his own family and I wanted to wish him well, damn the blackjack table will have to wait I guess!!

Notices a kid on a bike about to ride by and quickly stops the kid handing him a business card...

Hey when you see the new crime boss RjFuller around, give this to him and tell him I send my regards and if he needs anything to look me up

Tips the kid 5% and motions him on his way

Sylvestro Carollo steps out of the shadows as thunder rolls in from the east.

I just wanted to offer my condolences and congratulations to you Mr. Rj. It is always a tragedy when one is handed the reigns of power admist such betrayal. I know losing ones boss is a tough thing and probably even more so for the RHM who held such a trusted position in the family. Never forget that your aurhorization is a testament to the job you did for your boss and Las Vegas. I hope after your grief has subsided you are able to fulfill whatever destiny you have and that you find a RHM as worthy.

Good luck Rj, I am sure your family will survive longer than King's!
