The day was still young, and many decisions still had to be made for the betterment of the City. Philadelphia had been steadily growing every day, and it was that time... The criminal network within in the Old City District was in desperate need of expansion. Saitama phoned Kinoko from the family bar, asking him to come into his office for a discussion regarding an important mater. Kinoko made his way upstairs to his boss's personal lounge of the Headquarters, located on the second floor. The outside lounge was the entrance to his office.

"Knock, Knock." said Kinoko as he knocked outside the boss's door.

"Come in Kinoko, we need to talk." Saitama said with a stern tone.

Kinoko opened the door and proceeded inside to discuss an issue at hand. Standing by Saitama's side was Dazai, the family acting Consigliere and TheDonBot the family Robot, they were having a smoke while chatting with the big man. Kinoko walked over to the liquor cabinet and took out four glasses. He poured all the glasses with the house's best distilled vodka - conveniently enough, the speakeasy down in the basement made it themselves .

"Boy this is my drink, I tell you. This stuff gets the job done."

Kinoko said with a smile. Grabbing the drinks he makes his way over to the executive chair and sits in it. Kinoko turned his attention towards the boss and began to speak to Saitama.

"So... I think I know why it was that you was called me in today brother, this HeadQuarters is beyond packed, as we discussed days ago. Who did you have in mind to run a crew?"

Saitama looked at Dazai and TheDonBot for a moment, contemplating the options before he proceeded to discuss who he thought was perfect for the job.

"I think Marijuana is ready for the job, he has put in a lot of man hours and work in the those the streets of Philly. Ranking up the ranks very nicely and he's certainly showed plenty of initiative. I think it's time to get this ball rolling and open up another HQ. With this move, we'll bring more revenue to not only the Old city District but the entire city of Philadelphia." Saitama said as he took a long drag of his cigar and ashed it in the ashtray on the large conference table. Saitama then looked at Kinoko and said,

"Please go phone Marijuana and tell him to come to the HQ... Have him meet me in my office Kinoko, I think its time we discussed this with the man himself.
