Cathy walks out in the street wearing a double brested tailored suit, rather different from her other suits. She seems much more formal than usual, even her red fez is made of a deeper shade of red than usual. Waving people over to come and listen, she begins her speech. "Good day to you all, "Now I've been spending quite a large amount of time recently looking into what it is that garners popularity in The Streets, what gets the most amount if interest from our community. "After a few weeks of research it seems our interests, or the majority of interest falls under three main categories: "Controversy, Sex and Murder. "It seems that for many people, debating on the meaning of honour and respect no longer holds any particular intrigue. And equally so, in the past week, I've seen extremely well spoken speeches being completely ignored as Auctions for dates have soared in the popularity stakes. "At first when I read through the results of my research I was disheartened. I remember how long long ago, there were speeches with literally hundreds of people in attendence. Or how a Leader could merely make an appearence and many people would gather round to hear them. "But it does not do to dwell on the past. We are in the here in and now. And looking at even the media as an example, it is the newspapers with scandal stories about sex or murder that sell the most. So it would be wrong of me to codemn the community for their tastes, as it seems it is just human nature for our attention to be piqued by these things. "So being a businesswoman myself, I wondered how I could tap in to any of these markets to make myself some money. And the one in particular that seems to garner the most attention, is of course sex. Cathy lights a cigarette then smiles wryly. "So today I'm going to announce a business venture. Something that my ancestors had some dealings with. I am bringing back.. #lapdance "#lapdance is a coffee shop where customers can pay for their own private dance in a booth from one of my employees. The prices will range anywhere from $100,000 to a million dollars depending on what sort of dance you request, the length of time and of course the dancer. "At the moment I am recruiting dancers. So if you are interested in working for me, please contact me directly and we will negociate a contract. The dancers of course will be taking the majority of the money they earn but I will also be taking a cut of the profits. "I am looking mostly for ladies. However I also hope to have one or two males on the payroll, so men and women are welcome to apply. Further details will be discussed once your contract has been confirmed." "If you are looking to request a dance, you can either visit us in #lapdance, contact me directly and we will also have an establishment in Philly you will be expected to visit before the dance itself commences. "Any further questions, please ask me right now." |

Gabe stands behind Cathy with a cheshire-cat grin on his face. He had liked this idea from the beginning- for obvious reasons. Placing a hand on Cathy's shoulder, he gave her a mockingly-sincere look This is going to be hard work, boss; but, I suppose I can help out...for the good of the family. Gabe sighs and tries to act as if this is going to be some kind of burdon, but a chuckle betrays him as he thinks about the upcoming application process |
