James walks out to the streets and flicks a cigar into the gutter, spitting clear over the head of a bum who happened to be on the curb. James couldn't help himself but to smile when the bum beamed up at his new bold suit. Sure, it wasn't the most legit thing in the world, but it was a statement.

Ladies, gentlefish, I'm not going to come out here tonight and waste your time by trying to fake you into thinking I was legitly authed to set up here in Vegas. If anything, this is a speech to assure you I've accepted the death I've surely got coming, and to try and get some people at least to see the reasons why I've done so.

From the second I set up I wanted no harm to come to any cities other than Vegas. For far too long since my father Mystery's death have I contemplated ways to make the city a better place, and my intentions tonight were to cleanse it of the lazy uninteresting city it has become. Long live crime, and long live it in Sin City.

Though it is an unusual request to ask, and I have no real expectations of my wishes to be honored, I ask to be left alone until I can clean Vegas of the scum it has been plagued with. The recent auth and death of TheKing was a joke, and I'm pretty sure we all know it. RJ's RHM comes from a long line of morons(granted, so do I.) As if both of those reasons weren't enough, the way the city is stagnant makes it too much for me to ignore. This is the first time any of my line has ever gone rogue, and it is with deepest regrets that I do so.

Inside information has lead me to the understanding that Vegas lives in fear of the other city's, and for good reason. They are the laughing stock of this thing of ours, and I'm going to teach them a lesson that living in fear, with no thoughts of taking action to deal with those whom you are afraid of is just asking to be killed. It was only a matter of time before someone else had the same vision of me, so once I again ask of you fine mafioso to let me do my bidding, and then I shall... what's the term? Ah yes, I shall come quietly. Currently I am sitting in Chicago, and I fully understand that I am most likely not going to be able to fulfill my goal completely.

James sighs and goes off to grab a beer, delaying the inevitable death that will catch him in his sleep. He sincerely hopes that his dearest friends in LA can forgive him, and that if he fails in his goal, someone will pick up in his footsteps.

A stagnant city? Really? Do you know what that word means? (Yes. I know he's dead. I'm hoping that with the whole death thing that maybe his IQ has increased here) Las Vegas is possibly the most dynamic city on our shores at the minute. Granted, it's not always by choice or for good reasons, but to say it's 'stagnant' is complete and utter bullshit.

I find it questionable that you refer to the current LV leadership as a joke or scum. Given that they managed something that your own father obviously couldn't. Namely, not being a terrible cock up. This whole "I'm doing it for the good of the world" is a poor facade used to dress up "he did better than my daddy, come watch me throw the rattle out of my pram!".

Very disappointed in this occurrence, it shames me to call you a friend Mr Terranova, myself and Telkin I felt were good friends, but right now, I doubt I would even admit it to people (even though I just have)

For whatever reason you chose to pull this stunt, doesn't cover the fact the there is no excuses to go Rogue, it is a total act of disrespect to your family, your leader, your city and yourself and there is no excuses between that line.
