Alfonse having recently been given the nod to Don comes to the streets to speak on a subject he feels is very relevant to the community and is a main factor to the life of crime he leads.

 "Ladies and gentleman, I stand here today with the hopes of bringing some light to something I've noticed that has stuck out to me in recent times and that is (Pride in ones city). Is it me, or have many of you ever noticed the people arriving here by boat and porting in to one city, only to make a call or catch a ferry off to a different city to seek work in? This is only the beginning, often we see them bouncing around as gangsters and sometimes even as made men/women working for every Tom Dick and Harry they come across. Someone starting out who has a job and making good money gets in with the local mob family, then wants to start killing them or worse killing respected members of crime families from different cities because they are unhappy. Now I don't know about you? Where I come from - we have a great pride in the city we choose to represent. I myself, work out of Chicago. It being a city I truly love and am willing to lay down my life for. It is the reason I lead a life of crime. If I died tomorrow, my sons would continue on here as the place where they grew up and the home in which they have eaten from and prospered in under my wing. 

 Furthermore, I meet many people in the various cities I travel, many of whom never mention where they are from. In looking at their attire - it's often hard to make out where they are from? What city they are true to? I suppose you could work for anyone, anywhere at anytime and claim to be loyal. But are you truly showing your loyalty to the city in which you work, eat, sleep and prosper on a daily basis? Mob life is a life of family 1st. and families run cities. Without the city, they would be running nothing, there would be no business district, no deals to make money and most of all no families."

"So people of the streets, go forth and represent your city to the fullest, open a business, show some pride and be thankful for the family(s) that run it..."
