Could it be? Could we as mobsters be losing a grip on how we manage ourselves? Could we be going soft on one another? Is this not the mafia? Do we no longer follow structure or have control over our people?

As of late, I have heard many people including myself notice some out of the ordinary occurrences.

Yes the disease that has been known to effect mainly the youth of the population has seem to spread dramatically to older Mafioso. Now I can understand the younger Mafioso catching such disease being they are uninformed on how to protect themselves, but the fact that there are Made Man catching the sickness is just pathetic. The only reason I could picture this being an issue is from leadership itself. When you are brought into the Family as a made figure you are expected to know how this thing of ours operates, which includes coming to the street's and infecting it with the OOCitis virus, sadly enough those individuals are given a slap on the hand rather than being held accountable. It shows a lack of discipline amongst us mobsters. If we can't control or guide the personnel were in charge of then who is going to? How can we maintain a proper structure with no discipline?

Now that is one of many examples of us losing our heads. Instead of me babbling on about more issues that lay at hand i'm going to leave it up for you all to come up with your own examples on how we, "may be losing out grip." Everyone has their own opinions or may see things in a different light, and honestly i'm curious as to how everyone else views things and what other issues they may notice on a day by day experience. If you feel there is a solution, please feel free to explain that as well.
