It was a nice day out in the city of Los Angeles most didn't know it was originally called El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Angeles del Río de Porciúncula (The Village of Our Lady, the Queen of the Angels of the river of Porziuncola.) Walking along Olvera street the vendors all looked at the men walking by with wonder in their eyes. The men kept walking and finally stopped outside the Coliseum. DonPardo thought to himself it was a great day to be moving up in the world with corruption within the police department and the politicians he was sure that he would be able to make some money and keep his Godfather happy. Outside the Coliseum the others that had been waiting looked to DonPardo waiting to find out why they had been summoned there

I'll make this brief as I know all gathered have business to attend to and I myself have the same pressing schedule.

Today I would like to introduce the newest expansion in Los Angeles, La Mano Nera.

This is an great honor and something I have been working hard for, as I'm the first of my bloodline to don the Bold Suit. I need to first and foremost offer my humble gratitude to Godfather SpaceMountain for the opportunity to setup in this great city. I still remember stepping in his office asking for a place to call home back in NY. What the hell were you thinking!?

I also owe Robert Guiscard a great deal of gratitude. Our bloodlines go way back and have gone through a lot of stuff together. Thanks for everything Boss.

Oh and Bammy get over here chap. I got lots of work piling up on my desk already and could use some help.

DonPardo and Bammy head off to try to put a dent into that paperwork

Congratulations, had no idea Los Angeles used to have such a catchy name,

Bammy had been recently sunning himself out in the subcontinent, putting to good use some recently acquired funds extorted from an acquaintance. Having only recently returned, he found in his hotel an envelope containing a message from his friend DonPardo.

Scanning quickly through the elegantly curled script, it transpired that during his time away, Pardo had not been idle. Turns out he'd been given the go-ahead by SpaceMountain to set up a little place of his own. Smiling to himself, he had no doubts that his close buddy would be nothing but exemplary in carving out his own little piece of the Los Angeles empire, and Bammy himself would be more than happy to offer whatever help he could to see that happen.

Aaah Donny my good man, it comes as no surprise to me to see this day finally arrive. It's great to see you finally presented with the opportunity you deserve, and I'm sure you'll do a cracking job of rewarding the faith and trust placed in you by our Godfather. It's truly fantastic to be given the chance to help you with this endeavour, and I cannot help but offer you my warmest and sincerest congratulations.

Now, I suppose we'd better get to work.

Congratulations are most definitely in order here, not only for yourself on becoming a leader but also for the fantastic choice made by Los Angeles.

I've known your bloodline for a long time, as I have that of your Right-Hand too - I am in no doubt that you will make a fantastic leader.

The Joker shakes both the mens hands before attempting to wander off in many different directions at once, leading to his legs twisting and almost falling over. He straightens himself out and carries on.

Felipe watches from within the crowd as his sponsor and mentor makes the quick announcement regarding his new organization. He walks up to his mentor as soon as he finishes and shakes his hand.

Congratulations DonPardo, you finally got your chance to be a leader and I'm sure you will be a great one. Glad to see you moving up in the world. I'm sure you will do the city of Los Angeles proud.

Felipe looks on as DonPardo and Bammy leave for their brand new office.

In the middle of selling his coffee beans in the streetsm, MrBean over hears DonPardo summoning other.  MrBean listens to the news and turns to look at Teddy and said,

Wow Teddy!  Did you hear that???.  DonPardo has set up his own crew in LA!  Or whatever this city is called.  This should be great right Teddy?

MrBean lifts Teddy to his ear for a moment.

How dare you Teddy!?  DonPard is a great and generous man and he would never do anything to harm us. 

Teddy whispers into MrBeans ear again.

NO I WON'T KILL HIM!!!  HE'S MY FRIEND!!! 

MrBean throws Teddy to the ground as hard as he could and looks at him for a moment before picking him up again and hugging him tightly.

I'm so sorry Teddy.  Please forgive me?

Congrats to my friend, Bammy, and my favorite client Don DonPardo. Even though representing you got me into trouble, you were my favorite client on technicality, being that you're the only one foolish enough to hire me to represent you.
