JoeKing hears a madman singing on the streets and making fun of one of the most powerful people in the mafia world. "What in the shit is wrong with this guy?" He thinks as he faces the guy:

"Sooo... What exactly is the point of this? I mean sure, Godfather Chairman MonsterHair lost his rank but does that make him any less powerful? Let's say it does for argument's sake. He is still much farther ahead than you, so what's the point of coming out here to disrespect someone? It just doesn't make sense to me. See, the way in which I was taught to do things was to work for them, so if you dislike him so much that you feel the need to come out here and make fun, then why didn't you try to get rid of him? See but that's the thing. Lately people are getting lazy and instead of doing shit, it's all just blah-blah-blah. This is honestly just a waste of time."

It was a pretty happening day at work. Dutchess had been woken up by the chaos that was going on in the HQ. Just last night she had noticed the people of the town trying to change the size and dynamics of her HQ. This morning the hustle and bustle was at its peak. She walked out to shots of gunfire and smoke covering the nearby neighborhoods. Barely any time to figure out what was going on, she got on the phone with MonsterHair only to find out the man was already in flight. Following the chain of command she made calls to bobbi and started her stroll down the street to get in the car that awaited her to join the bosses. As she wondered forward, she heard a humming about the streets. Someone had something slick to say about her Godfather. Or a Don as they were saying now. She stops checks all her articles properly in her purse. Things still were the same as two days ago. Her business cards still read MonsterHair, members staying in the HQ still didnt exceed 11. Everything was the same minus the perception and the renovations. She approaches the humming birds and gives them a tap on the back. 

See my ancestors have wondered these shores for a little bit. And some of them have left records of when men that donned Don suits still had the capacity of certain Godfathers. Now the rank of Godfather is without a doubt highly respected; and is the epitome of what mobsters and little monsters want to achieve alike. But just because the Mayor thought there needed to be some renovations done to the castle, doesn't mean my boss has lost any clout in the mob world. Its actually comical in a way that MonsterHair's own ancestors were these men that were Don's in rank and yet had the capacity and the pull of Godfathers.

She stops and picks out a couple of roses and smells them as she dwells upon what she just said. And smiles. Bats her eyes and continues. 

In weird way, no one else was really prepared for these actions of the Mayor as much as my boss. No one else is seasoned and traveled as much as his lineage when it comes to matters of these sorts. In a sentence, MonsterHair has always been a Don with the capacity of a Godfather, just the rank seems to be illusive to our boss. But the privileges? I assume not.  

As time moves forward, I am sure my boss will have meetings with the Mayor and maybe well get this renovation crew to move on. Maybe we won't and my boss will plug along until we get him refitted again for the Godly suit. In either instance, my boss has nothing but a bright future in front of him.

She looks at the humming bird one more time. As she gathers her self to meet up with bobbi. 

You my young lad, however seem to have a pretty shaky future ahead of you. I wish you the best as you try to find your way on these shores.

I don't see any lack in power here what so ever maybe Monsterhair decided to step down to be a Don And Run a bigger Headquarters making room for more people and growing Chicago that little bit more what ever was the decision he will still be running the show title or no title

DonShaw apparently Mayor's have more power than Godfather's of entire city districts. Dub smiles sarcastically.

In a purely satirical manner, this is somewhat chuckle-worthy. Not a major deal though in the grand scheme of things.
