Donnie walked slowly down the dark, wind-swept sidewalk; his head lowered, face obscured by his fedora, the rest of his attire concealed beneath the trench coat he was wearing. He doesn't seem to be in any hurry, just a young man out for a stroll; but as we all know, things aren't always what they seem. As he passes before a darkened alley he pauses just out of the illumination of the street light and surveys his surroundings. When he is sure that no one is watching him, he walks slowly into the alley and waits for his contact.

The man arrived promptly and shook his hand, he looked familiar like that top intel guy from one of the cities, but why would someone high end like that agree to meet a small timer like myself - he thought.

“Here’s some money for your time, and I hope this information is true, I’ll be sure to have one of my guys find one of your guys to repay the favor. As always if you need anything come find me” Donnie said to the man, who remained silent, nodded his head then walked off into the darkness.

It turned out the man was full of shit, damn Donnie would always pay for information but it never rang true, what did a guy have to do around here to find a decent price for his sniff.

A few days passed and still no information so Donnie returned to that fateful spot on the streets where folks were usually hanging around.

“I trust that none of you here are on working for the feds, good. I am offering a reward to the first person who can inform we where I will locate a dealer offering at-least 97% market high price on my cocaine. All you have to do is notify me a time and a place and I’ll be there”

Donnie had a lot of the stuff to shift but he was fed up of chump change, he needed a top guy to buy his wares. Offering to pay hopefully would help.

Kanan looks at Donnie and smirks.

"DonnieTheLionHeart, I am not sure if it is 97% market high price on cocaine, but the price in the Loop, Chicago is $9,270.00 per unit. Does that help you?" he asked.

It seemed the times when Donnie would be taking a crap or a nap that's when the little blighters are upping their prices, maybe they seen him coming and lower them, was a tedious task tracking that joyus 97% but Donnie liked his challenges and pushed on.
