Could you make it so that for example, for defense, if we have equivalent of say, 160+ fully trained bodyguards then it should basically let me train the durden skills of Defense to max in my crew.

And give us at least like a 10% chance of training other skills for example say I have Stealth but want to train a vision to 9-10... Get me like a 10% chance of success.
