Could be something purchased with credits.  

Must be bought & filled out/submitted to the system BEFORE death.  No editing.  If you want to change your will, you have to repurchase it... just like in real life, if you want to edit your will you have to pay a lawyer for their time.

WHAT WOULD IT DO:  Consists of a private message that goes out to a single person of your choosing upon the moment of your death (hope you didn't pick the person who ended up killing you!) & the contents of your bank account being transferred to a single person of your choosing (not necessarily the same person.)  

Now, I haven't killed anyone yet (or been killed... ***knock on wood***) so maybe this would cause issues... can't be sure as I haven't done it yet.  But I would imagine this could make for good story and allow people some small bit of closure on their character's lives as they have to start all over again. AND, since it has to be bought BEFORE your death, it makes it impossible to finger your murderer.

Just a thought.  Not sure if it's been brought up before but I know on some game sites it helps with people having character closure and moving on & it can bring some fun surprises to the game ... secrets & last minute betrayals from revealed beyond the grave.  *wicked evil grin*
