As Bruiser walks down the steps of his HQ his mind begins to run through what he exactly he was out here to do.   Once Bruiser makes his way across the street where an old  broken down Buick sits, he places both hands onto the hood and pulls himself up onto the top of the hood.  *Whistle*  Excuse me ladies and gentleman can I have your attention please for just one moment, I promise to be quick.  Bruiser pulls out a cigar and waits for the people to gather and give their attentions to him.  Today is a bitter sweet day for New Orleans.   Harry Donahue has decided he is going to raise the taxes on the New Orleans drug market.   This mother fucker thinks after all this time of taking our bribes that he can just come in here and muscle us out of another 15%?  I think not!   Without going into to much detail Godfather Levenstein, Don Trabotti and myself have come up with a plan.  It is my honor to have the privilege of authorizing a new Captain to set up in New Orleans.  This man was a very close, personal friend of my father and worked for my father his entire life without question.   I was very fortunate to follow in my fathers footsteps and even more fortunate that this capable mobster came with me.  

Bruiser takes a drag off his cigar and pumps a round in a bum making a lot of racket near the alley.  Sorry folks, he was very distracting.  Anyway where was I?  Oh yes.  Godfather Levenstein and Don Trabotti came to me two weeks ago with the "Donahue problem".   As I said I won't go into detail but I had just the man for the job.  BloodyFaster was sent to Donahue's house where he quickly reminded him we could get to his family and his obligation to Godfather Levenstein.  After a quick bitch slap with the business end of a stub nose .38, Donahue fell right back into line.  In fact BloodyFaster did such a wonderful job our rate was lowered 5%.  Needless to say Godfather Levenstein was very surprised and thrilled to hear of BloodFasters success he promptly instructed me to secretly begin looking for a new building on the west side for a new Head Quarters.

Ladies and Gentleman it is my honor and my privilege to introduce New Orleans' new Captain in charge of the entire west side of New Orleans from West 15th st. to North Main ave.  BloodyFaster!    The crowd breaks out into overwhelming applause.

It certainly could have been a bloody day... However, sadly it was not!

Harry Donahue, was beginning to get too big for his shoes. The Pig continually made threats to increase the heat, and put the squeeze upon the Big Easy rackets unless a 10% weekly increase of his cut was made. He promised New Orleans would be in a sorry state unless we collaborated. 

His attitude was more than disrespectful, thus it was time to teach Donahue a lesson. It was time to show Donahue, who was top dog around the Big Easy. I called upon Luigi-Trabotti and Bruiser_Jr, to plan the best course of action to resolve this disturbance within the Big Easy daily operations. Time is Money, money we could not afford to lose if we wanted to compete with the other family heads.

It was decided that the ideal man for the job was to be one of the Big Easy finest. BloodyFaster, was sent to teach Mr Donahue a lesson. After the fine work demonstrated, by Bloodyfaster it turned out that in the end that the only blood that was to be drawn was Donahue's bloody nose.

Bloodyfaster has worked dam m  hard for Bruiser and this city, thus it is only right he deserves his opportunity to shine. It is his opportunity to prove to New Orleans and those who choose to live a life of crime that he is worthy of his position. He certainly has my full backing!

 Congratulations BloodyFaster make New Orleans proud! I am sure you will shine under Bruiser.

Hearing the news out of New Orleans and brandishing a grin over what happened to Mr Donahue, Alfonse arrived in time to congradulate Bloodyfaster and show his support to the new west end operations.

BloodyFaster stands on the streets the first time after his promotion. It couldn't be for anything else than thanks giving:

I'd like to say I am really thankful for this opportunity. I had a great time learning all sort of things in NO and working now as a captain is a way to pay all sort of things the city gave me back.

It will be a honour to work even closer with Godfather Jim Levenstein and Underboss Bruiser now.

The Bourbon Street Brawlers opens a new wing today, one to work about our roots: famiglia dei radici.

And now excuse me because I have a lot of new responsibilities to look after.

Looking proudly at his friend from way back Luigis minds wanders, wanders back to when he was himself a mere kid trying to fit a grown mans clothes. Back when he served with Bruiser_jr father, back when Godfather Levenstein was just a Don. Back to the time where chicago was his homes as it was bloodyfasters bruiser_jr.s and Godfather Levensteins. That was a time of war and in three big wars and some minor skirmishes Bloodyfatser and Luigi had stood side by side.

Overwhelmed with pride and joy for his friend Luigi swiftly swalloved a few whiskey in a row to escape having wet eyes.

Moving over to Bloodyfaster and slapping his back Luigi smiles and says

I am truly happy to see you get this chance and i know youll be of huge value to new orleans in this new position youve been given.

I'm sure you'll do amazing work in New Orleans Mr. Faster, Bruiser_Jr is an amazing man. I've read family journals about his bloodline and it never ceases to amaze me on how strong he is. You've done well Mr. Faster. Congratulations!

New Orleans gets better every day!

After attending his ears to the words of his Boss, Legend makes his way to the front of the mob. BloodyFaster was heavily bombarded with the smell of whiskey and the cloud of cigar smoke. Legends approaching turned BF's eyes in his direction. With both of his own, Legend took BF's left hand.

"My brother. There is no prouder city in the whole country than New Orleans this day. Nor will there be so long as we have you here among us. I am pleasured to see your head raised so high, and for good reason. I wish for you and your family's success. Long live New Orleans!

Diablos notices a large crowd of people gathering about. He steps out his car and heads closer to find out what's going on. When he finally passes through tons of people he notices that there is a new captain in New Orleans and he smiles.

"Mr Faster, Congratulations on your own family. I wish you all the best in New Orleans and I am sure you'll do a fantastic job as a captain and leading many young mobsters to greatness."

Diablos smiles at BloodyFaster and shakes his hand before quickly disappearing back through the crowds of people.

I love new orleans and Luigi is one of my good friends him and Marco so to see a new leader rise up in the south sounds good to me.
