I was amazed at how subtle this guy was! I was a few feet away from them and even I could see what just happened! 
 

"Hey, lady! I think that man over there walking away just took your wallet!!" I cried out in between short breaths. My heart was beating so fast because when that man turned around, I thought he was going to come up to me and beat the shiz nick out of me for exposing him! But he just smiled. 

He smiled.

That man, holding a lady's wallet while witnessing my shocked face just.. smiled!?!?! How can this be? I'd be running away, not standing in the middle of the footpath waiting to be arrested! 

But a tinted van pulled up to his side, and he threw himself in. I was looking back at the back of his head. Something about that guy creeped me out and I really didn't want to find out!
