Since Izzy has made AJAX Chat, its messed up my IPOD when I try to play from it. All the links are gone, and the 60 seconds list is gone. I basically can't do anything!

I was wondering if anyone knew how to force a refresh of the browser similar to CTRL+F5 on a computer browser?

I looked all over google, but couldn't seem to find anything...


Please help!
