| GAME CHANGE: Associate Taxes Will Be Sent To Sponsors | Started by: Squishy on Aug 01, '17 20:31 |

We will be doing a lot of smaller changes in the sponsorship system/job board over the next couple weeks, rather than hit everyone at once with it, we will be posting and completing them as they are done. The first change is re-incentivizing the sponsors. Originally, all taxes kicked up by associates used to automatically go to the sponsors. A game change made all taxes manual, including this one, allowing the the tax payers to modify and kick up what they felt was right. This lead to near most CLs keeping the taxes and not passing it on to the Sponsors. Lately, it seems that a fair bit of sponsors have lost their drive to contribute towards their crew, and the suggestions put forward seemed like incentivizing it again may help. Currently, all associates money goes to the CLs for the CLs to give to the sponsors. We will be changing that so that the money goes directly to the Sponsor. This will greatly increase the chance of sponsors seeing the rewards of their hard work. I hope that CLs can also augment their hard working sponsors by working with them and making additional efforts to reward those that go above and beyond. Fast tracking toward higher ranks or positions, shout outs, financial rewards, whatever you feel is best suited so they feel that the hard work building and training your crew hasnt gone unnoticed will make a great difference. Depending on what we see the CLs doing, we may match their enthusiasm towards rewarding their sponsors with our own to make sponsor positions a great pride and joy as being the mentor that brought many great members to your family and trained them up to be someone you are proud to have in your family. This change should go live soon. You will see your sponsors name rather than your CLs name in the tax screen when it does. |

Then they should check their right pocket as opposed to their left. |

What if the CL just takes away sponsorship and gives it back after everyone they bring into the family? |

Thats their choice. The Cls can demand the money, or flip the sponsors to convert the associates in order to suck every possible dollar off of the Sponsor if they that is a better way to ensure the success and unity of their family. But now it will at least be done in the open, and not behind closed doors with earmarked funds that the sponsor may not have even known about. |

Awesome hangs and long over due in my mind. Too many CLs never gave the sponsors a their cut when the system wS changed a couple of years back, and is definitely one of the reasons I stopped recruiting. |
