Kharon had been reading the newspaper already two times and was surprised Hank_Moody did not turn up yet. He had been warned 2 hours ago to come to him on the double.
On the double means right away, straight, fast. 2 Hours is not fast. Its not that Paradise is a huge district where you could get lost for 2 hours,unless Hank went to that special place where he likes to go every evening. I wont go into details what kind of place that is.

Finally the door opens and Hank runs in. Seeing Kharon's face he suspects Kharon thought he was in his secret hiding place. 

"I was not there Kharon, scouts honor. I have been checking on the construction building at the other side of our Headquarters. I know you ordered me to be here on the double, but had to discuss some serious errors the constructors made, but its all okay now."

"Good", Kharon answered. "I am glad everything is fine now. It is time we tell DonShaw about his new job within our district".

Together they walked into the garden where they found DonShaw reading a book in the shadow of a big tree. When he saw his Crewleader and his Godfather approaching him, he stood up from the chair and wondered what he had been doing wrong.

"Good evening DonShaw", Kharon started the conversation. "You must have been wondering what Hank_Moody was doing last weeks. Oh yeah, I heard the complaints by you guys of him not attending diners and being social at the bar. But there was a very good reason for that. He was checking on the construction of the new building across the streets. You must have seen we were building something over there. Well Hank_Moody and I felt it was time for you to show your leading capabilities. You have been helping both of us a lot with the building up of our crews. At the start in Summerlin, but also now here in Paradise.
Your hard work pays off now and we want you to set up your crew here in Paradise and let our district grow more. 
Is this a challenge you are looking for?"

DonShaw was blown away by the words spoken by Kharon and he answered:

"Oh yes Kharon, sir and Hank_Moody, I am happy you are giving me this opportunity. I will do my utmost best to start my new challenge and get more people living and working in Paradise district".

After these words, Kharon gave Hank_Moody a nod and Hank opened the bottle of champagne to celebrate the arrival of a new crew in Paradise District.

DonShaw Places his book down ensuring the magazine inside of it remained hidden he stands up shaking Kharons and Hank_Moody's Hands

And Says " Thank you both for this Opportunity I can promise I wont let either of you down, but as for the construction I just assumed we needed another building for all of hanks mirrors we know how much he loves those things, you have both put so much trust in me from day one and for that I could never thank you both enough"

DonShaw Grabs a glass of Champagne sipping it as he lights a cigar and looks towards his new building. 

Congratulations DonShaw and to your Hands.  I wish all the best for your crew. GodFather Kharon has chosen well. I'm looking forward in seeing your crew grow and prosper. Again Congrats and best wishes.

Hank can see by the smile on DonShaw's face that he is genuinely  happy to have the opportunity to help Las Vegas continue to grow,

My friend, I am happy to see you get this opportunity. The expansion of Paradise has been needed and you have proven to be an excellent crew member and I fully expect you will be a fantastic leader as well.

Tobias wandering around the Paradise street seeing his two old friend talking to a very handsome guy who is about starting a crew.

He decided to stop by in here and congratulation the guy too as well.

Tobias shouts to his friend "Hi Kharon, hey Hank_Moody"

He runs toward and hugging both of them.

"what occasion ia this? authing DonShaw? I will never questioned your choice, its always a good one"

Then Tobias shakes DonShaw's hand and say.

"Hello my friend, I believe we never talk properly before, this is the first time. But Ive heard a lot about you. Kharon and Hank made the right choice, make them proud brother, Congratulations!"

DonShaw Shakes the guys hand and says "Thank you Tobias And no unfortunately our paths have not crossed yet but Vegas is a big place"

He Hands All 3 a Cigar each 

He had been sitting on his couch when word passed by of a celebration going on over in Paradise. No other information besides someone was being bumped to skipper was provided. Enough info though to know to dress well and not to come empty handed. By the time Menace showed up to the new headquarters everything had already been wrapped up except for the partying..

Wandering around he spotted some prestigious members of the Vegas Mob clans such as Tobias, Kharon, Hank_Moody, Digong, and the man of honor tonight Donshaw. Though he was sure Angy and Joeking must be hiding somewhere amongst the crowd. He was quite looking forward to speaking with Joe and expressing his appreciation for the amazing deal he was given back in the old country on a large shipment of Krugerrands, though most the criminals in town called them a slang name, 'credits'. Whatever you call them, the deal was very smooth and in turn made Menace a very nice return when he off loaded them. Such professional help was always expected when dealing with Joeking and his line though. While making his way through the crowd he passed by Donshaw smoking a cigar with the other higher-ups in attendance. Exchanging pleasantries with each first, he then turned to the new crew leader and gave a smile and firm hand shake before speaking.

"I can't say we have met yet either, but I look forward to seeing what you are able to do in your new position. Stories of your contributions, dedication, and loyalty have passed my ear on many occasions and I'm sure not only will that continue but be further showcased from here on out." Menace said before handing the gift in his left hand over.

"It's a bottle of fine aged scotch that an associate had smuggled back from Scotland when he was there on... business. I very much hope you enjoy."

After exchanging a few more words he slowly backed up a bit to let others continue coming over to pass along their congratulations while he kept an eye peeled for JoeKing.

"Congratulations Kharon on authing your new captain in Paradise! I've never had the pleasure of meeting DonShaw, but I do plan on making my way to Vegas to introduce myself. I am sure he is a great pick of the lot and will do amazing for the already thriving city of Las Vegas." he said.
