Son of an Irish immigrant, Delvin grew up in poverty in Philadelphia's South Side. In his early teens his father passed away and he and his friends found their way into the life. Petty theft, vandalism, and turf wars with other gangs. After their gang fell apart, Delvin met Missniki. Who put him to work for the New Nexus. It wasn't long until Delvin was placing briefcases loaded with tens of thousands of dollars on Kevin Owens' desk, and pledging that there is no limit to how far he would go for pay.

Then the war... The Nexus destroyed, KevinOwens dead, Missniki dead... (RIP Friends) Delvin had survived by mere chance. And vowed revenge.

Short tempered, heavy handed, and a long time fan of the baseball bat. Delvin isn't a man that will go down without a fight.

Now this is the law of the Jungle.

As old and true as the sky.

The Wolf who shall keep it will prosper,

The Wolf who shall break it must die.

And as the creeper who girdles the tree trunk,

The Law runneth fowarth and back.

For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf,

And the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.
