Lucio Otiag is an Italian immigrant from Sicily. He grew up in the town of Catania and engaged himself in the Italian Costa Nostra. During his early 20s he was tasked with an important mission by his Capo. He was ordered to execute a local police chief who refused to look the other way at his groups activities. Upon completion of the act he would be ushered out of the country on the next available boat to the Americas. Now in the Americas Lucio Otiag is seeking to make a name for himself amungst the honorable men and women in the American Costa Nostra.
