Sorry everyone - it’s not easy after 18 years, but I think it’s time to put this thing down and let it go.  It was great to pick it back up for a while after some time away, but if nothing has really changed dramatically with certain parts of the game by now, I doubt they ever will.

When you invest so much time and energy into helping build a community, encouraging new players, and trying to forge ahead with new ideas for so many years.. it takes a toll.  I’m thankful to Scott and Mario, who really brought back an incredible community and experience from the ashes years ago and have worked to keep this place going.

It’s just that some of us had hope and a vision for some change, but it’s evident that too many people are invested in keeping things the way they are.  It’s just not for me anymore and I wish you all the very best that this life and others have to offer.  I started playing at about 13 years old... I’m 31 now.  It was a great ride and am thankful for everyone who was there with me for the good times and the tough times.

And shout out to Premier for being the first player to ever kill me.  You’re still a son of a bitch, but one of the best.  Enjoy the retirement!

Thank You all
