The Secret Society of Super VillainsDeltaDan Got his name from the water logged area he called home. The swamps never gave a second thought to living or dying. Seems like the cities crime families is a place where he could posper and maybe make a bit of cash. Even though back home cash was just used for starting the fire on a cold night. Life and the control of it is what drug Dan out of the swamps... or maybe it was because there was no one else left to kill. |
