Billy Romano

Billy Romano was born in Philly in 1905. His father was a tailor and his mother was a homemaker. He has two older brothers and one younger brother. He also has two older sisters. At age 16, Billy began to work for a local drug dealer. He did small jobs for the dealer and was well compensated. After a couple of years, the dealer overstepped his territory and got in trouble with a Philly mobster. A mini war began between the mob and the drug dealer. The mobster kidnapped Billy and was going to kill him to send a message but Billy had other plans. Billy offered to kill the dealer if his life was spared. The philly mob agreed. Billy shot the dealer dead with his colt pistol and by doing so, his life was spared. For two years, he was burgling homes for a living but he also did a couple jobs for philly mobsters. Then, he got arrested for Breaking and Entering. He spent four years in Eastern State Penitentiary. When he got out, the old Philly mobsters he once knew had died from the recent organized crime war to hit the nation. He went to search the big cities known for crime for some mobsters he could work for. He eventually found himself in Chicago working for The Rowdies.
