Vincent "The Viper" Moretti
Vincent "The Viper" Moretti is a ruthless mobster who commands respect over asking for it. He rules on fear and gets off on it. He is six feet tall with a lean build but imposing upper structure. Vincent in mentally astute but equally will fight with his hands if he needs to. He has sharp beady eyes that can go a deep black when he is extremely angry or upset at a situation. Few dare to be in his presence when this happens.
Part of the Irish Alliance crime family, Vincent learned hard and fast how to be successful and how to build a repuation. His nickname, "The Viper," stems from his ability to strike swiftly and lethally. He will kill first and ask questions later when he feels in immediate danger. He has been betrayed many times in life and doesn't trust easily. He ordered the hit on Kenny Marino.
