Known Accomplices: Members of various Philadelphia families, primarily The Crusaders organization(see File Room 35, All Rows, File Room 36, Rows A-T, for more information), of which he is a member.
Known Family: No information available at this time. Suspected location in New Orleans, possibly Baton Rouge.
Identifying Marks: Old GW flight jacket with 'Devereaux' patched onto left breast. Black horn-rimmed sunglasses which he seemingly never takes off. An old western-style boiled leather revolver holster. Lucky Strikes. Scuffed Zippo with a King of Hearts image.
Registered Vehicle: None. (Agent's note: Devereaux is most commonly seen on a black '31 Indian 101 Scout. Immaculate condition. Sometimes with sidecar. Vehicle is unregistered.)
Registered Weapons: None. (Agent's note: Carries a '31 S&W .38/44 HD. '8 barrel. Nickel-plated and pearl grips. Also unregistered. Commonly loaded with .38 Special smokeless rounds which will punch through body armor, bulletproof glass, and light vehicular armor. HIGHLY DANGEROUS at short to mid range, as we should know since we use them ourselves.)
General Temperament: Generally affable, if quiet, in person. Tends to drink (bourbon), only slightly exceeding moderate amounts. Average health and fitness. He is, however, a tested gang member, and of (seemingly) unwavering loyalty to his organisation.
