A Family Tribute
The concept of family is not an unfamilar thing in this community. Throughout our time on MR, many of us have hand a number of families. Some we simply lived in and worked for, and others were true and strong. People who may have never laid eyes on one another are able to forge a bond that is strong- sealed with loyalty, devotion, care, and sometimes even love.
Even more rare are the times that you meet one person that changes your whole world; but it happened here, and it happened for My Master.
Her name was Ana, in life. She was beautiful, and full of love and pure happiness. She was my best friend of three years, and the brightest light in my life.
In this place, she was Gina (Paul Klint's RHM), Teagan, Eva, and later Natasha (among many others W/we are sure). Though I was not here, I know that everyone who met her loved her. One that loved her was Christian Grey. Their meeting was somewhat tumultuous, but the two of Them found something in each other. In Him, Ana found strength. In her, My Master found love and beauty. Together, they boldy crossed the lines of "normal" expectations and gave birth to a dream.
Ana fought a brain tumor that caused her many health problems. She had two strokes, three surgeries, and kidney failure. Through it all, she fought just like He taught her to. She roared; and eventually she came home.
On January 27th, Ana slipped away from U/us, quietly and in her sleep. A blood clot that no one knew about made our Ana our angel.
Many of you have wondered what O/our family is doing here. W/we came back to MR with O/our Master to pay tribute to Ana in the place where she and He met. Though some in O/our family never met Ana, A/all have been touched by her life in some way. Ana faced trials and hardships in her short life, she was beautiful and strong- and now nothing can hurt her. In that same way, W/we stand as a family in this place- as part of a gracious and kind family that took us in- and will not be moved by words of weaker people who have not the capacity to be accepting or understanding. W/we are here, together, and Ana is with U/us.
