Joseph Antonio Pavanno is a full-blooded Sicilian Mobster raised in Hendon, London.
He is the half-brother to the deceased Charlie Pavanno and currently the De-Facto Leader of the Pavanno Crime Family, a criminal organization involved in Prostituion, Drug-Smuggling, and Extortion.
He is considered a handsome man, using his charm and bravado to gain an edge against would-be adversaries and placing Lawyers, Judges, and Police Chiefs in his pockets.
He is known to be affilated with many small-time Gang-Leaders and Cartel Leaders, he is often regarded as 'Loki' - A man that thrives from mischief, chaos, and opportunity.
He operates out of The High Society Longue in Ballard, Seattle.
Devlin O'Leary, Irish-Born Gangster out of Waterfront, Seattle.
He ran with Finan O'Riley, the leader of the Irish Mob before they had gotten involved with the then Italian Businessman, Joseph Pavanno, who had promised them a nice payday, should they help him out with some business.
From here, Devlin established his own brand, wanting to be noticed by the infamous Leader of the Pavanno Crime Family, officially being recognized when he was given the assignment of bringing in the Illario Cartel on a deal that would earn them thousands, perhaps even millions.
Devlin is now a trusted associate of the Pavanno Crew, not being high enough like he would want too, but enough that he was trusted in certain areas by the bossman himself, he would now need to establish a much bigger territory, perhaps even bringing in some money for the crew, what was next for him? He did not know, yet he knew it involved Joey Pavanno.
Billy Pinkman, Italian-American Gangster out of Old City District, Philadelphia
He formerly ran with the Tops Organization as a mere low-level Enforcer for the family, when his employer died during the Christmas Massacre, he took his talents elsehwere, forming his own crew out of the now defunct Tops Organization, becoming known as a leader of men and hitman for Mob Bosses
From there, he established the Pinkman Gang in Philadelphia, bringing in an estimated fortune of $500K Per Year, for a gang of their stature, without having the backing of any Godfathers, Dons, or Made Guys, it was quite the impressive feat.
Billy was soon approached by Devlin O'Leary, giving the man a chance to become a Caporegime under Joey Pavanno, where he, Billy, now works out of the High Society Longue in Ballard, Seattle.
Tommy Drino, Italian-American Gangster out of Corkton, Detroit.
He formerly ran with the Italian Gang known as Vinerezo, now his boss was a little bit different, he became known as a Flashy Mobster, one that didn't know when to quit it and soon, that would be his downfall, on the orders of the Seattle Mob, Frankie Vinerezo was wacked and his gang, dead.
Now, Tommy didn't know who in Seattle had enough sway to wack a low-level boss like that, but it did not catch the attention of the papers and so, everything was cool. Tommy, himself had gone to Seattle, soon running into Joey Pavanno where the man had seen the kid's prowess and decided that he wanted to bring him in.
Tommy earned over $1 Million for his then Capo, Sammy Mallardi. Soon though, Sammy was taken out of the picture, with blessing from the Boss, Joey. He took the reins and lead what is now known as the Drino Crew, running the crew out of his Bistro in Ballard, Seattle
