Gwarble makes what will undoubtedly be the first of many visits to the Streets today. He was pleased with this announcement and felt that he should deal with this first of all before he delved deeper into the elements of the conflict yesterday.

I have a lot of words that I have to get through today and whilst the restructuring of New York is likely to take up the majority of my day, I have to first look to my own city and its interests.

With this in mind I have decided to give my Consigliere and number two a shot at the big job. To say this man's pedigree speaks for itself is an understatement and I won't even bother saying my expectations for him, because I know he'll deliver like he always does.

Colin has been with me from the very beginning and I am delighted to be the one to restore him to the position of Boss, where I'm sure even the most bitter of enemy will grudgingly admit.

Congratulations Colin, I'm sure this will be a significant event for Philadelphia.

I am humbled to be given this honour Gwarble. It has been a long long time since anyone in my family line has been given this sort of opportunity and I intend to grasp it with both hands.

Hopefully in the future people will recount the story of Gwarble, Anselmo, and Colin. The three most uniquely named Mafioso in the history of organised crime.

Reports are coming in from across the globe that the people who have been Colin'd are being left with a tingling sensation down their left arm.  Doctors are worried that they are heart attacks.  Further accounts of the incidents have Colin yelling into the doctors' faces "NOOO IDIOT, YOU'RE WRONG THEY GOT COLIN'D".  Doctors nonetheless treated for the heart attack.

Seriously though I am super-happy that Colin has achieved such a wonderful height, and I look forward to working for him.  He has earned it many times over and I believe one day he'll get to kill a Don.  That might be too lofty.

If Colin kills a Don, I think the world might explode.

The fluffiest unicorn in the Mafia trots down the streets, listening to the post war speeches. Alas it comes upon Gwarble, the Godfather of the City of Brotherly Love. And he was talking about... no, it could not be...

What was this? A man named Colin promoted to be a Boss? How bizarre. It couldn't be true! No one named Colin was ever trusted with any sort of responsibility. Let alone THIS Colin, with his striking and memorable speech impediment and dashing mullet.

Nevertheless, the unicorn stopped to pay it's respects. Clomping toward the small, gathered crowd (which it easily parted like Moses parted the Red Sea) it stopped, making a deep level of eye contact with Colin. The unicorn could see into Colin's soul and it knew, in that very moment that this... THIS was the situation. Colin would be a fair, just and loyal Boss to the Mobsters of Philly. And there wasn't anything anyone could do to stop it. Not to mention, the unicorn didn't think that it even wanted to try to stop it.

Pawing at the ground it gave a large sputter before giving a mighty neigh of approval.

"NEIGH I SAY! NEIGH I APPROVE!"

A beam of light hit the horn upon the unicorn's head, like some sort of magic was happening here. The beam of light settled upon Colin, also magically. And with that the unicorn bowed it's majestic head in awe and a slight bit of horror toward the man named Colin, before trotting off down to the funeral homes to pay it's last unicorny-respects. Could a unicorn even fit into a funeral home? We would see, my friends. We would see.

Congrats Colin, there couldn't be a better person for a job such as this, I know you'll do marvelous.
