Diablos hears the news of Colin getting auth in Philly. He couldn't believe this news until he saw it for himself so he jumps in his car and heads for Philly. As he draws closer he sees Colin's new Head Quarters with pretty pink lights flashing all around it.

"Oh my, Its true. God only knows what will happen to us now."

Diablos looks around and notices Colin walking by in his new suit with a grin on his face and holding his head high. Diablos hangs his head out of the window and shouts towards Colin.

"Congratulations you old fool! I guess this couldn't of gone to a better guy. You are a true legend my friend and I can't wait to see what you do in Philly. Good luck my friend and remember you're a leader now so no prancing around in girly thongs!"

Diablos smiles at Colin who begins to skip down the street. Diablos rests his head in his hands and shakes his head.

Philly gets Colin'd, I like the sound of that :) Congratulations Colin.

Sam rolls up in a dusty Deuce Coupe and steps out slapping the dust from his suit. I have a saying Mr. Colin, better late than not at all, or something like that. Congratulations to you and the city of Philadelphia. You can tell a lot about someone you dont know by the company he keeps, you must be one hell of a guy. Syvlestro Carollo steps back through the settling dust and rolls on down the street.
