hmmm... Wisteria, I don't know you, but since you decided to make your business public, I guess that you are seeking a public response, so I will indulge. First of all, yes, you are supposed to respect a Made Man. They earned their bones and did their dirt to get to where they are. That is called "earning respect", you aren't made over night after all. Just because you exist in this world doesn't make you deserving of any other mobster's hospitality, especially when those other mobsters have worked harder and made it further than you in this "thing of ours". See, rank is equivalent with respect, it is a token of your workmanship and character, and the fact that you would claim that it "means nothing" and is "rubbish" shows that you are really the one that lacks respect. Basically, what you're claiming is that other mobsters, who've earned their rank and worked their asses off to get their promotions, get no respect from you unless they are nice to you. Thinking like that will get you killed in 5 minutes, not a dispute in a chat room. An ignorant thought process like yours points to the likely reason behind the name calling that you endured. Second, you speak of the old days... but then you have no problem blatantly violating the terms of the sacred ideas of omerta. You come out here, air your personal business in the streets, looking for sympathy or whatever, hypocritically committing the same act that you speak against. I mean, you are out here, trying to expose and insult a Made Man, in the streets, while at the same time claiming that publicly disrespecting others is wrong. Not to mention that coming out here and the streets and trying to get attention for yourself by complaining about how someone called you names is just retarded. Is this the mafia, or did I somehow get misguided and end up on a grade school playground? You obviously don't care about your family, or you wouldnt be out here making a jackass out of yourself by insulting the very people that make this thing of ours run. I guess you don't mind showing YOUR true colors... |
