Small question.... Since this seems designed to mask guns, what is the point of having to place durdens on hitlists? Wouldn't that be an alternative to tracking gun builders through witness statements, you might not get an accurate read on their guns but if someone spent some time watching who places Durdens for hits it could be the "new" witness statement standard. I seriously hope no one has the time to track such a thing but it is an alternative.
