I would like to suggest that players get the ability to edit back alley posts. This will help people writing speeches so, if they make a mistake, they can easily go back in an edit anything from typos to phrases. It would probably be best to only have the original post editable by the person that made it, to protect players from people using the back alley forum to fabricate evidence of treason/betrayal/etc.

Thanks for the link. I don't know how feasible it would be to code it so that, if someone had replied to the post, that the original couldn't be edited. If it would be too difficult, I'll withdraw my suggestion.

Yeah I think the other idea was a little different also, but similar, so thought it might be handy. I think they wanted to edit all the time, and allow others to edit too, regardless of posts that followed.

And then the preview post option was added which allows us to preview our work before we post it, so we can also edit anything we need to before posting the thread in BA, as the preview shows it as it will come out once submitted.

Thanks again. My main thinking was that, if you're writing something, you are almost never going to catch the typos you make. Because you know how the sentence is supposed to read, your mind will automatically read it correctly. And the way things are now, if you have someone proofread your speech, and they make suggestions for you to change, you need to copy and paste it over to another thread and make the changes, then go through it again.
