The purpose of the R was to remove the incentive to kill without reasons just for the +1. If you would not take the shot unless you were incentivized, then the shot is not worth taking. If the shot has merit, then by all means take it. If you want the +1, then look at https://mafiareturns.com/news/rebuild.php and see why, then speak with your leaders about what they are doing about getting out of rebuild. As of now, we have plenty of space, but sponsors are not online enough for good coverage. |

I would agree with your take too because rebuild mode is specifically for rebuilding. On the flip side there is a solid reason for rebuild mode. Having to rebuild is not a good sign for what could be a prosperous world for all. Are cliques responsible for rebuild mode? Are rank whores responsible for rebuild mode? |

So at this rate of continuing R's, how long til we start seeing the re-use of container crews with the seemingly ongoing onslaught against anyone as they try and establish a city? |
